Location, Location! This Snowcrest contemporary mountain retreat is centered in downtown Park City, just across the street from the Payday lift and parking area for Park City Mountain Resort!

At the start of Empire Ave, this Snowcrest condo is also just a quick walk to Jan's and Cole Sport mountain outfitters, Starbucks, 7-11, and the Park Avenue historic corridor where the City Park hosts countless events including summer concerts, Park City's Fourth of July celebration and more. Just a 10 minute walk to historic Main Street, this condo offers ideal proximity to the shopping, dining, and nightlife Main Street has to offer, just the same.

Winter or summer, Snowcrest offers the best of both worlds. The vaulted ceiling townhome offers a full kitchen and living area, as well as two bedroom spaces, sleeping a total of 4 guests comfortably. While Snowcrest condos do not offer air conditioning in summer, it does have a common pool area to cool off. This unit offers both traditional heating as well as a cozy wood burning fireplace for cold winter nights.

The main level bedroom offers a Queen bed and an adjacent full bath. The King bedroom in the loft space is on a mezzanine level and is open to the main level. The King room shares the unit's full bath. The property is a perfect fit for families, singles trips, and corporate visits as this ski abode has a fresh mountain modern aesthetic, new appliances and furnishings, bedding and two separate sleeping areas.

Prime Location
Convenient to slopes and bus stops for downtown. We were very happy here. Only downside is that there are two lights on the adjacent building which are on all night and shine in the upstairs window.if you’re light sensitive either bring and eyemask, or sleep downstairs.

We loved our stay! We had two couples, and it was perfect for us. Location was awesome, and we walked to Park City Mountain to ski every day. Then we shuttled to Main Street every night. Would stay again! :)

Great spot with easy access across the street to the mtn. Lovely appointed condo with all the amenities. Beds super comfortable and plenty of linens. Outdoor pool & hot tub also great. Only suggestion would be to provide proper fire-starting essentials—newspaper, kindling, etc and wood. This was not supplied. Wood was left enough for 1 fire, but no starters/kindling/etc which made it impossible to start a fire. When paying this amount for a week rental, providing wood for the week (we saw plenty on other balconies) would’ve been expected…at the very least, all the necessary means for starting a fire should’ve been included. We were told to purchase nearby, but no stores had the materials. Otherwise, everything was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And would definitely rent here again!

Nice property - heated pool and hot tub despite the five feet of snow - was well used by all - very good location across from PCMR and buses will take you to DV or canyons - does not break the bank for a week of skiing.

Great location as can walk to Park City lifts..about a 5 minute walk..not close to Old Town so did have to Uber to get there. There is a free bus but didn’t want to stand in the snow waiting .

Great property for 3-4 people. Furnishings were beautiful. Beds are comfortable. Free transit to Park City Resort. Only one minute to the Lodge. Used Grocery Delivery Service. That was a phenomenal decision. No TV in the master and only one bath.
