Great location and ample space
We enjoyed being located a 10min walk away from Town Lift and very close to the rest of Old Town. We comfortably fit 8 people (7 1 living room rollaway). The kitchen was spacious enough for large-group cooking and dining. We had some problems with the washer and dryer, namely running both dryers didn't work as intended. The owner is responsive and quick to address questions

Great location for Park City
We used the property for a family ski trip and wanted a location that was convenient to both main street in Park City and the ski resorts. The location was perfect for our group and the property provided everything we were looking for - was roomy for our group of 5, had a hot tub for after skiing and provide all the amenities that we needed. Communication was also great with the owner to answer any questions. We will look to coming back in the future.

Fabulous location perfect for large group
The place has a great living space! Perfect for entertaining a large group. plenty of beds and bathrooms. Two sets of washers and dryers - such a bonus. A garage that is perfect to keep your skis in. Quick walk to Main St and bus stop. The owners were great about accommodating an early and late check in!

AMAZING place in the heart of Park City
Fully loaded & stocked with all the things to make your stay comfortable & peaceful. Perfect location to Main Street! Fireplace & jacuzzi was perfect touch after long day on slopes. Adorably decorated and perfect for large families.

Great location and great owner
This was a good property for my family of 4 + 2 friends. The reservation was a bit tricky but once we got through the property mgmt company, the owner was terrific. He provided lots of recommendations which were helpful to our group who had never been to the area before. The space worked well, but I would note that there are quite a few stairs which could be troublesome for some. The kitchen was new and the beds were fair-good. The only issue we had with the space was the heat. This is a 3 level living arrangement and when the bedrooms were warm enough it was really cold on the main living level. There was a fireplace that could help, but it was wood burning which was more work than we wanted to do and we can’t have smoke around some of our party. The location was good - a short walk to Main Street. Thanks for the fun time.

Don't miss out on this property!
I cannot say enough great things about this home! The location is a perfect distance for walking around Main St, and the house is incredible. The home is updated throughout and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable with all of the amenities that you can think of. The hot tub is an added bonus! The homeowner went above and beyond communicating with us and making us feel welcome. We would absolutely stay here again.

My family, friends and I had so much fun staying at this beautiful property. Not only is the home clean but it is sooo spacious without being overly spacious. Everyone had a place to sit, a place to eat and a place to sleep. The views out the front are STUNNING and the hot tub is cozy and secluded. We walked to main street from our front door so easily - it was so nice not having to deal with parking. The host couldn’t have been more helpful, accommodating and friendly. We feel very fortunate to have stayed in this beautiful home! This is the place to be in PC!

Beautiful Townhome Close to Main Street
My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this property and I would recommend it to anyone planning to visit Park City! It was central to many of the surrounding activities and a short walk to Main Street. The home had plenty of space and Stanton was a great communicator/host.

Perfect location and great communication
The property was perfect! The location could not have been better. Just steps away from downtown and the slopes. No car needed! There was a slight issue with the hot tub but Stanton responded immediately and had someone come fix it on a Saturday. Great customer service!

Awesome location and great host - what VRBO is supposed to be!
Great experience! Wonderful clear communication. Clean - well organized - great collection of board games - plenty of comfy blankets for chilling and sitting around the fireplace - cross the road, go down the stairs, and you are on Main Street. There is a tiny bit of road noise but it fades out once the mountain empties out. To be expected with such a convenient location. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great house in great location
House is beautiful and a very short walk to old town and bus to town lift. Wood burning fireplace is a huge plus. Plenty of room and parking. Owner was very communicative and check in was seamless. My only suggestion is to provide more towels and pillows. There were enough but we definitely could have used more. Would definitely stay again.

My family and I stayed here for one week, it was perfect! Everything was well kept and most importantly the kitchen was well supplied. Crock pot, sharp knives, cutting boards that were not over used, plenty of wine glasses and dishes. Washer and dryer were in excellent condition w/ detergent. Pantry had spices - I added to their collection because I didn’t check before we made a stop at store. The owners are amazing to work with. If you have a question, concern or need they answer immediately and take care of whatever you need. We will definitely recommend to family/friends as well as stay again at this property. Excellent location for skiing in Deer Valley then dinner on Main. Loved it! Thank you!

Ideal location and setup!
We loved our stay - the house was cozy and comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen which was perfect as we spent a lot of time cooking. The location was also superb, steps away from downtown! We can’t wait to go back!

You Will NOT be Disappointed - Book It NOW
We stay at VRBO's a lot and rely almost entirely on reviews when booking, so I will try to cover all. I stayed here with my husband and two college aged kids and we all loved it. Stanton is a super owner and willing to help out wherever he can without being intrusive. This place is stocked and CLEAN! Plenty of paper products, cleaning products, coffee, etc. Beds are comfy, plenty of hot H20, & the hot tub is a must after a day of skiing. Check-in/out was a breeze as we had our own code to enter. Location is key as it's walking distance to Main St & the bus transit station (we only did once - we did Ski Ubers instead). Next time I think I would take Stanton's advice and rent a car. We didn't, and while Uber's are easy, would have been more convenient to have our own car. The unit is located on a fairly busy street and can be noisy if you are a light sleeper. We were up early to ski, so wasn't an issue for us. Also, if you have elderly or less mobile guests, just know there are quite a few stairs. This didn't bother us at all, just an FYI. Lastly, I forgot a few items after checking out and after texting Stanton, they arrived a few days later at my door. Clearly, this owner goes above and beyond!! If I could give 10 stars I would. Easily, one of our top five rentals (including Europe).

Stanton’s retreat is superb!
Stanton is an impeccable host, delivered all kinds of games and a turkey-size roasting pan to make our stay more fun. The town house is beautiful and sleeps 8 in beds (not couches or air mattresses). The kitchen is beautifully stocked and pantry has plenty of spices and necessities for cooking. You can send Amazon Prime deliveries as well. The townhouse is truly in Old Park City and is a great location. We walked to and from the town lift in our ski boots. There is a shortcut directly across as well. Enjoy a great stay!
