We loved it. Spacious comfortable.
Close to main street but back off the road. Spacious and clean. Comfortable for three couples. Sits in the shade of big pines trees with excellent mountain and resort views.

Nice and spacious condo
It is a very nice and spacious condo! Loved the hot tub! Great location in Park City! Definitely would return! The only negative thing is the cleaning fee of $190. We had a good time staying here and playing in park city. There is a paved trail by the condos that leads to Main Street so location is great!

Large open condo
This condo is very large, which was nice for our family. The décor is a little outdated and beds are marginally good. There is no air conditioning. We were lucky that it was a cooler week in PC, but we have been there in the summer when it reaches high 80s and even into the 90s. Definitely need air conditioning during those times. No information on how to use the tvs (4 remotes each?) or where to put garbage. Called front desk a few times which said it was open 8 am - 11 pm, but never got an answer. Had to call property manager and leave a msg. He was prompt in returning calls and very helpful..

Would definitely stay here again!
We went to visit our son at school and opted for this 3 bedroom so we could accommodate him and his friends while we were in Park City. The place worked out great--It's huge! It is very nicely decorated with a great kitchen, laundry, 3 bathrooms and a 7 minute walk to the main street in Park City which was exactly what we were looking for. The only very small down sides for us would be that the deck is very small and not really set up to sit out on. There is a hot tub out there but we did not use it. Also being that it was summer we slept with the windows open and the road near by was a bit noisy but not too bad. This is not a hotel, there is no daily maid service or a front desk, it's like renting a condo but it was perfect for our stay.
