Overall a nice stay. We brought our 3 month old daughter and the pack and play was stained/dirty, so we went and bought our own pack and play and sheets. Main bed was comfortable and the location was great and quiet, close to a paved path that leads in to town which was great for beautiful walks; we could walk to dinner/coffee, etc. A few minor cleanliness issues (coffee pot was dirty, couch pillows could use an update, shower curtains stained). Nice big TV for watching movies.

Perfect!!
Great experience overall! The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we could ever want. Owner was in contact right away over a minor issue involving one of the smoke alarm batteries being low. Mick was very kind and easy to get a hold of. We would definitely rent from him again the next time we are in PC!

Perfect getaway
My brother and I were swinging through park city for our utah ski trip and this condo was a perfect fit! It was larger than expected. Very clean and cozy. You have your own private hot tub and beautiful views. Would 100% recommend!

Great getaway in Park City!
We booked this property literally just for relaxing and doing nothing. We don't ski, we just needed to unwind. The hot tub was great, the condo had everything we needed. We have already decided we will book there again in the future! Thanks!

When I arrived the hot tub was open, on, and filthy. I contacted the property manager that said they would send someone to clean it. They never did. The main reason I booked this place was for the hot tub. The towel rack was broken and the pillows were old, stained, and gross. I would never stay here again. And I'm really leary to use VRBO again either. I've never had this bad of an experience.

Inaccurate description and didn’t tell us
We only wanted a place with king size bed, and AC was a must! We arrived to find a note on the thermostat that said, “sorry, no AC”. We left and had to get a hotel room. The place was super hot inside so no way could stay. They also said this place was NEW on the description. It was not new. Very old condo. It didn’t say NEW LISTING. Still waiting on a refund. Absolutely unacceptable. Should be sending them the bill for our hotel room since we had to over pay when last minute.

Perfect quiet location for a weekend get away!
Very comfortable quiet location with great views and access to paved walking and riding trails right out the front door. Plenty of room to spread out and has a great private hot tub on the back deck.

Great weekend getaway with friends from out of state
House was perfect for our group after a long day of hiking and exploring the different towns nearby. The area was super nice and quite, hot tub felt amazing and having 3 full bathrooms was so nice. Only complaint is the heat is locked on a certain degree and there wasn't any spare blankets we could locate when it got a little chilly at night.

Great location
The only weird thing was that half way thru our stay someone jumped on the balcony deck and stained it without even announcing or even knocking and letting us know. The deck was stained so we couldn't use it for 2-3 days and it stunk up the place.

Great weekend getaway!!
We had a great time at this property. Everything was clean and in place. We made some great meals in the kitchen and on the grill and enjoyed the hot tub. The master bedroom mattress is soooooo comfortable!!! And the TV in the living room was perfect for movie night. There were tons of options available for viewing as well!!

Quick lover get away
Loved, loved this cozy place. It was about 10 minutes east of down town Park City but felt far away tucked into a knoll. Big windows to take in the fabulous views. Spacious ,had a warm feel with the homies great art and nice minimalist style. The master bed was palatial and the hot tube amazing gazing out to aspen and recent snow fall.
