One Bedroom Condo with Hot Tub & Beach Access
Located at oceanfront Sunrise Resort, this one-bedroom condo has everything you need to make you feel at home whether you’re staying for a weekend or a month. Located within walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops, and the highly popular Rathtrevor Beach, enjoy the perks of being at a resort with a year-round outdoor hot tub, gym and seasonal pool while enjoying the comforts of a curated space with all the amenities of home.
Sunshower Suites (Unit A) is a cozy one bedroom, two bathroom condo with a covered outdoor lounge space and barbeque to enjoy and gather. The expansive one-bedroom features a separate door to the living space and outdoor area, alongside a deeply relaxing tub, black-out blinds, a working desk, a Roku TV, and private toilet area. The living room hosts a comforting fireplace, two large couches, cable television, a pull-out bed with extra bedding, several local books, and a few games to entertain the kids. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee, tea, olive oil, and salt & pepper. There is a separate bathroom including a full-size shower in the main living space. All of the amenities are eco-friendly and refilled at The Den Refillery in Ucluelet, British Columbia and include luxurious products from Mint Cleaning, The Den, and Oneka.
This space is perfect for couples, small families, a weekend getaway with friends, or those looking to work remotely. Sunshower Suites has two units available to rent separately, Unit A and Unit B, which allows the suite to host up to eight people with four beds. Sunshower Suites (Unit A) is a lock-off suite meaning you share a common foyer area and may occasionally encounter guests entering Unit B. Unit A is entirely separate with its own key-pad entry door. Guests will enter the main door of the unit, where they will then enter another keyed entry pad into their condo (Unit A). The foyer is not to be used as a common space and is only in use for accessing your suite. Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum when transiting through the common entry space.
The condo is located on the second floor and is not recommended for guests with mobility restrictions as there is one flight of stairs and no elevator. The condo is located directly beside an open parking lot for easy access (the entire resort is open parking and you can park where you like).
Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out

The Beach Getaway Vacation Condo is managed by a Vacation Home property management company.
Guests will correspond with a member from the guest services team through their booking channel messaging system.
Guests have access to their entire condo as well as Sunrise Ridge resort amenities including the pool (seasonally May-October), year-round outdoor hot tub, exercise room, and outdoor wood burning fireplace by reservation at the front desk. Additional pool towels are provided at no additional cost by the staff at the front desk. Guests can access the beach directly from the resort by walking down a well-maintained path (less than a 5 minute walk from the condo). It’s the perfect spot for family beach combing and tidal pool exploration.
Sunrise Ridge resort is a short walk, bike ride, or drive to many of the amenities the area has to offer. There are several walkable restaurants and cafes in the area, as well as fun activities for kids and adults of all ages. The resort is a 5 minute drive to downtown Parksville, 15 minute drive to Qualicum Beach, 20 minute drive to Nanaimo, 60 minute drive to Mount Washington for skiing, and 2 hours to Tofino or Victoria.
- Please do not wear your shoes inside the home.
- Please be reminded that this property is non-smoking, please do not smoke or vape inside or on the patios.
- All trash and recyclables are to be removed from patio please.
- Noise bylaws are in effect between 10pm to 7am, please respect the neighbours
- No live shellfish is allowed inside the suite. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
When checking-out, please remember to,
- Tidy suite, load and run the dishwasher, and wash the throw blankets from the couch if they were used during your stay.
- If you used the pull-out couch, remove the bed sheets and mattress cover and re-assemble couch.
- Take the garbage and recycling to the bins located under the stairs.
- Sign out of your Apps and streaming accounts, such as Netflix, Disney+, etc.
- Please take any left-over food with you when checking out of the house.
- Upon departure, turn off all the lights inside the suite, close and lock windows and doors, and turn off the fireplace. Turn off fans and turn down the heat.
