20 min, walking distance to down town Parksville. 10 min drive to Qualicum, 45 minutes to Nanaimo Airport and 45 min to Comox Airport. 40 minutes to Nanaimo Ferry and 2 hour Drive to Victoria BC (capital of BC)
Parkville Beach is famous for its sandy beaches and low tides, and Sand Castles. An incredible community park, for children, tennis, pickle ball, skate boarding and beach volley ball.
From July 1 - August 30, there is Yoga on the Beach suited for all ages and fitness levels.
The area offers local farm to table restaurants, rodeos in Coombs along with the popular Coombs market Goats on the Roof.
