New, clean facility, rooms clean and comfortable. Pool and exercise room were in excellent condition. Workout area temperature was set higher than my preference. I had 2 rooms reserved through expedia for family, upon check in I was told the rooms were on different floors, the staff was able to change the rooms so that they were close to each other on the same floor.

Great stay overall, breakfast was surprisingly quite good for being included. Really only feedback would be the landscaping around the hotel was pretty poor but didn’t hinder our stay.

Very clean and delicious breakfast. There is Warmart right in front so it is very good for shopping. But the only thing that is a bit disappointing is that there is no bathtub and the shower water is very weak.

My first Stay in Best Western Plus
I asked to make room after first day but no replacement of toilet tissue nor replacement of towels used . I did not think the shower was recleaned as I left the dirt there was still there the next day . However we only stayed at bedtime as we were out to the island everyday till after dinners . There were kids playing in the corridor 8:30 am in the morning ! Banging walls and noise as obviously a family had their room door wide open using the corridor as a play ground !! No sign saying : quiet and respect your neighbour!!! It is too late to get hot food at 9:30 even the sign said hot food breakfast till 10 am . The first day I heard thd last hot food out was 9:45 am . The second day the staff said the last hot food out was 9:30 am ! And at 9:35 the was out if two kinds of hot food . !!
