Misleading information

The pictures indicated a property with lake access, small beach area, docks that one could explore. Upon arriving at the location neighbors informed me that we were not permitted to go to these areas as renters. Environment felt hostile and unit very tiny making it feel claustrophobic with no immediate outdoor space. Bathroom towels not included so we had to go to Walmart to purchase towels for our stay. Host was responsive via text, but not helpful in managing issues listed above.

Pictures not accurate

The apartment itself was nice and secure. The owner was quick to respond about issues with the lake access, but we were still not able to use it. We did not have access to the lake, dock or beach. There are 48 steps to reach the apt. which are not mentioned in the ad. No towels were provided.
