Welcome to our peaceful retreat, a haven for all seasons. Nestled in a serene rural community, our dog-friendly home offers a unique escape from the city's rush and an opportunity to connect with nature. Spend your evenings by the outdoor fire-pit under the starlit sky. While the water levels vary seasonally, our property is tailor-made for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment.

1. Spacious Living Areas: Step into our spacious living room with tall ceilings and an abundance of natural light. Enjoy comfortable reclining chairs for relaxation and various board games to entertain your group.
2. Comfortable Bedrooms: Our three queen bedrooms ensure a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom features gorgeous water views, cathedral ceilings, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate jacuzzi bathtub.
3. Den: additional places to sleep with twin daybed with pop up trundle and a comfortable reclining loveseat couch, t.v. with cable, and water views
4. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook your favorite meals in our well-equipped kitchen, complete with standard major appliances and small appliances like a toaster, drip coffeemaker, and Ninja fast cooker/air fryer. We provide all the cookware, dishware, spices, and utensils you need.
5. Indoor and Outdoor Dining: Choose to dine indoors or outdoors. Indoor dining table accommodates seating for 8. You can also enjoy outdoor cooking on the gas grill, with propane supplied.
6. Outdoor Recreation: Our deck offers a fantastic outdoor space with seating, a firepit (wood provided), a hammock, and outdoor games like cornhole and giant cup pong. Plus, enjoy the beautiful sunset views as a backdrop.
7. Water Activities: Three kayaks and two paddle boards are available for use. During the warmer months (April - August), you can launch the kayaks right from our private dock. During off season the water levels drop at the dock (September - March), If you have a car to transport kayaks and paddleboards, you can launch from this public access ramp where the water is still deep. (TVA decides the water levels by the dock so we have no control of what level the water will be at the time of your arrival).
8. Pet-Friendly: We welcome your four-legged family members (two dogs max) to join in the fun. (Please be sure to click "pets" in your reservation).
9. One level home with step-free path to garage guest entrance and step-free path for bedroom and bath access.
10. Entertainment: Enjoy amenities like a Sonos speaker, an original Playstation 1 with a few games, and a 42” TV with streaming access.
11. Additional Amenities: Other amenities include a woodburning stove, washer and dryer, easy remote keyless door entry, and Wi-Fi to keep you connected.
