It is Cozy

It was just as described online. For some reason I could not find the address on my confirmation and had to call the property management company. They answered right away, and after listening to my reason for calling I was asked and couple of questions and given the address with in a two-minute call. The home is as described small, comfy and cozy. It is three minutes by car to the downtown plaza area, so it is conveniently located. The initial supply of coffee was a big plus for us in the morning.

Cute place, close to town

This house was the perfect place for 2 couples. We came to Paso to go wine tasting with another couple and this house was great. It was comfortable, clean, and walking distance to everything we needed in town. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome house walking distance to the Fair

Great house for a quick trip to Paso Robles for the mid state fair. Easy walk and a perfect spot for our two couples. Agency was great for communication with questions. Highly recommend for a trip there.

Winefest Weekend

The house was bigger than I thought. It was very clean, and the sitting area was very comfortable. It was perfect for two couples. The location was very close to the Pasao Market Walk and the Event Center.

Loved it!

The managers were accommodating from the beginning. We asked for an early check-in and was granted it. Upon arrival, the house was clean, quaint and comfortable. The house was fully stocked (sans the food) with everything needed to cook and BBQ. Bathrooms included toiletries. Loved the proximity to downtown and Spring Street, and close to everything. Coming from LA and the city, loved the quaintness of the neighborhood. Very quiet....Overall great property!

Nice house in a transitional neighborhood. The house was fairly dark and could have used a bit more daylight. There is a basement with a light on that was a bit disconcerting - we should have been told about it. There was a domestic quarrel at the next door neighbor's property which freaked out my spouse. Otherwise, clean cozy and nice.

Very comfortable stay

Very clean, quiet and comfortable! The only issue was: We anticipated more of a fenced yard for pets. Very surprised the outdoor pet space was basically a concrete walkway and small sitting area.

Great location, clean property, walkable to downtown!

Enjoyed our weekend trip with the kids and 2 small dogs ! Perfect cute little bungalow walking distance to downtown. No need to fight for parking.. it was a 10 minute stroll to the center of downtown. The house was very clean and well taken care of and we didn’t have any issues! Would definitely stay again, thank you!

Paso Robles Cozy Corner

This is a small older home in Paso Robles that is within walking distance of the Fairgrounds where we were attending a horse show. The neighborhood is quiet, the beds are comfortable,the kitchen is pretty well equipped with cooking supplies and some basic spices and oils. Off street parking is available in a carport. There is info inside the house about trash pickup and places to see and things to do. The back yard is small but comfy. The front yard looks like it is being redone. Will definitely stay again

Paso mid state fair

Cute house very clean. Kind of dark in living room. Wanted to check in an hour early but was denied although company offered to let us out our food in their fridge for a couple of hours. We didn’t have time. A/C in house is not great. At least not in the significantly hot weather we had. No standing fans and only one ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom. Easy checkin and checkout. You are asked to clean and start laundry!

Recently renovated but unfortunately….Not wonderful in winter rains

The little house was fine. Unfortunately we chose a rainy weekend. The main problem was the rain which was quite heavy at times. The back door to the patio, which was of course, unusable, had an unfinished threshhold(?) and leaked a lot of water into the entry way on the side of the house. We left a note for the cleaners and certainly appreciated the large number of towels and the huge washer/dryer. Walking distance to the main square was great and would love to stay in summer!

Great house/location!

We very much enjoyed our trip. Location is a short walk to the newer Paso Market Walk (coffee, food, and a MUST go-to bakery). Both rooms were great with access to each's own bathrooms, perfect for 2 couples. Large dining room table and miscellaneous storage nooks for all that wine you buy! We will be back!
