Cheerful 2-Bedroom Home on the Water with a Pool

Have fun at this 2 bedroom 2 bath stylish place. Spacious rooms on the Bayou. Fully equipped with everything you could need. Open Living area. Close to restaurants and shopping in Downtown Pass Christian and Downtown Bay St. Louis. Enjoy the amenities of the neighborhood with boat launch, play area and tennis/basketball courts.

Timber Ridge is surrounded by the semi private 18 hole Pass Christian Isles Golf Course; numerous canals and natural bayous that flow throughout and offer direct water access to the Bay of St. Louis and the Gulf of Mexico.

Timber Ridge Covenants do not allow any vehicle/trailer to be parked on the grass or on the road. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway. Trailers must be stored under the house. There is a $100 fine per violation per day for each infraction.

Hurricane Cancellation Policy:
Bookings can only be cancelled due to a NAMED HURRICANE in the GULF OF MEXICO.

3 night minimum on all Holiday/Event weekends.
This is a community with full time residents. No load noises will be tolerated. Must be 25 or older to book.

Non-operational vehicles are prohibited. Recreational vehicles (including, but not limited to boats, boat trailers, travel trailers, camp trailers, motor homes, cargo trailers) or any similar vehicle shall not be kept on any Roadway, or stored on any Lot except behind the front sill of the residence or within a garage or an enclosed screened area. No repairing or overhauling of any vehicle is allowed on any part of a Lot, or any Roadway. All vehicles have to be parked on driveways.

Only 4 people per household are allowed in the community pool area at a time. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 21 and over.

Please note, only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilets. All wipes, feminine products etc will clog grinder pump and you will be responsible for repair/replacement of pump.

Wonderful house!
Great property for a family! Pool was great respite from the heat. My family also loved being able to head out to the canal in the back yard to fish. And just 5 minutes by car from the beach! So many amenities. We had a small hiccup at check-in, but it was resolved with minutes. We will go back again and again!

Lovely home, would come back!
This is a lovely property in a really quiet neighborhood. The house is beautiful and just like the pictures, except there are curtains in the living room next to the TV so the side neighbors cannot see in. Felt very safe at this home and in the neighborhood. I would easily come back. If I am ever going to this area again, we will look for this house! Easy to get to and around. Very nice place to relax. To be thorough, neighbors did have dogs, they barked only occasionally but not excessive or anything annoying. There are security cameras that face out towards the backyard/pool from the upper deck and the lower area. Check in was easy, I did have to call to get into the place as they were re-doing the locks but it was not a problem, the lady was extremely nice on the phone. The only downside we would say to the trip is that someone must have cooked some seafood or lobster before our stay and there was a smell that did not go away until our last evening. Anyways, that really has nothing to do with the property in it self, just was a weird smell but you could tell it was from food. Lovely place, hopefully will be back. 10/10.
