We enjoyed our stay at Blackwoods i cannot fault this hotel one of the best i have stayed in Pattaya in fact the best i have stayed in, it is in Soi 7 so at night alittle noisy but not a problem after all this is Pattaya, beach 5 minutes walk shopping center same distance,plenty of bars and restaurants close ,my opinion excellent will be back thanks to all at Blackwoods

This hotel is not 5 star standard.It would be accurate to say it's 3 stars European standard. The bed was comfortable but came with only 2 pillows.The setup is weird bathroom toilet and wash basin all in different locations. Balcony has no furniture to sit and very dirty. Breakfast was extremely low quality, food left open for long periods and not much choice. The pool has the same depth as the bathtub was not usable for me. The good points was the location in the middle of everything great location. The staff were wonderful but some had limited English.

This property has to be the best I’ve stayed at in Pattaya. The quality of the rooms/amenities, its staff, and the in house breakfast/room service is top notch. The quality for the value is unheard of. I love that its smacked right near Central Festival Mall, on Soi 7 for some quick drinks, literally a 5 min walk to Beach road and 10 mins to Myth Night, the Bazaar and Tree Town. I highly recommend waking up early and having the breakfast. And if you are feeling lazy to go out and eat, the room service is excellent. This is my go to hotel in Pattaya every time. Just be mindful that you are going to be on Soi 7, there will be some outside noise but it’s not loud enough to keep you awake. Thank you Blackwoods.

The hotel is clean, modern and only a few blocks from the beach in the midst of the Pattaya nightlife. They provide water, and free snacks as well. The breakfast is nice with a mix of western and Thai foods that are nicely done. This hotel is in the center of all you could ask for if you are a single guys looking to enjoy all the nightlife Pattaya is infamous for. Since I was traveling with my wife, this was a negative but for single men this would be a big plus. The hotel was also well sound insulated which, given the nightlife running wild until late about 4am is important too. The staff speaks good English and is also accommodating. I would rank this similar to a North American Sheraton 4 Points.
