A hotels main asset is its staff and Heeton's staff are exceptional. To name a few, Pocky, Pond, Jan and the charismatic doorman Lucky all made my stay a pleasant experience. Highly recommend the hotel and the location to all.

Very good value. Excellent pool. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Air conditioner leaked water every night all over floor, but no big deal. One night power went out. Bugs get into room sometimes and end up with bug bites. But for the money you pay it is a good value and a great location!

The maid was called ya ya she went above and beyond my expections with everthing i asked nothing was to much trouble for her the onpy priblem i had was the curtians they was not black out blinds and i found it very hard to sleep from all the light around but still recommend this horel

This property is the old Mercure in Pattaya, nicely renovtated. Room sound insulation a problem and mobile phone went misssing but staff did not have any great concern.
