I got fooled by the reviews. And catfished by the photos. I wasn’t paying attention to the actual star ratings which that what the hotel is a 2-3* I knew it was gonna be bad when I had to walk up 3 floors no elevator or it wasn’t working I couldn’t understand the guest service agent. Then my hotel room door was open. The door could not stay closed it was broken The price was cheap enough to where I just forfeited my stay left immediately and found a 5* hotel This is a true 2-3* hotel so if that’s is what you are ok with then this could be a good hotel for you but not me

Nice and clean, friendly staff, ok prices. Music from soi 7 can be very loud sometimes, but its not every day so it was ok with me considering that Mermaid is right in the middle of Soi 7, which is a party street after all. Loved to stay there for a month.

Dårlig avslutning på godt opphold
Dårlig avslutning på et godt opphold. Fikk rom 802, ny bygget. Ikke bra renhold og forferdelig seng. Merkelig at det nye ikke har bedre senger enn gamle bygget rom 506 som var glimrende i 2 uker. Mitt reisefølge Fikk også hjullås på bilen selv om hun har stått der i 3 uker og resepsjonen vet det.
