Says 5 star, unfortunately it’s not up to 5 star. First night had cockroaches in the room. Killed them by squashing, said to manager, should be a refund on that night. They have a credit for food instead. The rooms a bit run down, staff our lovely and very nice. Just a shame the room wasn’t clean.

The floor of the swimming pool is so rough. It easily cause accident. I was bumped into the steps in the pool coz is already 7:00 at night and cause scratches on my knee. Shouldn’t use this raw material to build swimming pool.

部屋は大変居心地がよかったです。清潔で快適でした。 気になったことはホテルの入り口に灰皿があり10人ほどの団体が喫煙されていて到着時煙のお出迎えをうけました。喫煙スペースの位置を変えたほうが良いのでは。楽しみにしていたプールも団体さんが占拠していてとても使う気にはなれませんでした。たまたまタイミングが悪かっただけですが、スタッフのマナーはいいのに客層が。。。

I liked it. Got an amazing platinum discount on the honeymoon suite and me and girlfriend took it for giggles because it was only 15 usd difference per night to pretty much alll other options. Would i have been happy with the room paying full price? No, the pictures looks much better. Staff was super amazing.
