The staff was wonderful especially the boy at the front door during daytime. Restrooms could use a few more amenities like facial tissues and towels. Other than that, I highly recommend this property.

Stayed for 4 nights as a couple was very comfortable. 2 pools. The only negative is they could provide 2 pillows per person and there is only enough tea and coffee provided for 1 cup. Apart from that close to the beach.

Few issues but still good.
I’ve stayed at the Agate before and knew it had the levels of comfort and service i was looking for, also in a nice location a short walk from the beach. On this occasion there were a few maintenance issues that slightly spoiled things - Day 2 there was a power cut affecting my floor only for 4 hours. Day 3 the single lift was out of order half the day. However I’d still stay again if in the same area.

Smallish rooms but clean and calm sound of water from the fountain. Was very quiet as low season so not sure how typical. Seems to be the best hotel in the vicinity

I had a lovely top floor room looking over the pool. The cute balcony was nice to sit on. The bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. It was excellent value for money.

A really good value hotel in Jomtien. Centrally located and just a baht bus from downtown Pattaya. The hotel rooms are adequate - clean and spacious. The breakfast is a bit basic, but the staff are generally friendly apart from the breakfast staff who seemed a bit indifferent each day - could do better. Check out soi 5 and 7 if you don’t want to head into Pattaya. Other than that a good value hotel overall.
