Over 1500 sq. feet of living space that includes large rooms, high ceilings and alot of windows providing natural light. No need to climb stairs and haul belongings a distance-Park at the back door under covered parking. Very quiet neighborhood with great outdoor space to enjoy a quiet evening. Located in the "Heart of Pawhuska and the Osage" within close proximity to area attractions. Less than 2 miles from downtown and the Pioneer Woman Mercantile. Great location with easy access to all of the area attractions by vehicle. There is a very steep hill from downtown to house that would be a challenge for most people to walk.
