From the on-site pool to the great nearby golf options, this condo offers something for the whole family. You'll have filtered fairway views of the Reserve Golf Club from the private, screened balcony and the whole condo comes fully furnished for modern comfort. You'll also have access to the tennis courts at Litchfield by the Sea, along with beach parking, and their on-site restaurant. Litchfield Beach is only two miles away and you'll find a grocery store and plenty of convenient dining options within a mile of the condo. Five bikes, a bike lock, and some beach chairs are provided for use during your stay. There's even a season pass to Huntington Beach State Park.

The spacious, stainless steel kitchen is equipped with everything you need to handle home cooking or just whip up some snacks for the beach or the golf course. Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom provide flexible home entertainment. Each bedroom also includes en suite bathroom access. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
