Tucked behind native cedar trees along the north-end oceanfront avenue on Pawleys Island, this cozy second-row house boasts two homes in one, perfect for traveling family members and friends who want to share time together while enjoying the privacy of separate living quarters.
Steeped in southern coastal charm, time-stamped by original shiplap and beadboard, heart-pine floors, old-fashioned window canopies and classic Charleston green trim on white exterior, this vintage 1940’s home provides plenty of modern conveniences and comfort.
Two screened front porches (up and down) provide relaxing outdoor living spaces with the ebb and flow of the nearby surf setting the clock to island time.
Matching floor plans on each level provide open-concept common areas with a fully-equipped, updated kitchen as well as dining and sitting areas. Also on each floor, the primary bedroom with king bed is in the front and two more bedrooms and updated full bath are accessed from the back mud room entry area where an additional sink and stacked washer/dryer are located.
Separate outdoor stairs provide private access to each front porch, and the back decks are accessible via a shared staircase. On ground level are two enclosed outdoor showers with rain shower head and hot/cold taps, hammock, grill, covered parking and fenced yard.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent of $250 for one dog or $375 for two dogs. Maximum 2 dogs, maximum 25 lbs each. For monthly stays, additional rent is $300 for one dog, $600 for two. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed. See Pet Policy on RENTAL INFO page.
