Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Far away location with limited amenities, food and choices. Hard to book taxi and local transport by the villa was unreasonably expensive
Pěkný komplex, docela plesnivý pokoj, krásný personál, problémy s odpadem.

Liked: Cleanliness
I loved the concept of the outdoor bathroom. The only downside is the bugs when you’re showering or using the restroom (geckos and ants are everywhere in Bali but it wasn’t a big deal). Don’t expect it to be white glove clean either. Make sure you select the option that includes breakfast because it’s really no where close by to eat (next town is Ubud which is approximately 10-15 mins away and where we spent most of our time when not going the typical tourist stuff). You can have groceries delivered to your villa upon request. If you have leftovers just keep in mind that there isn’t a microwave in the villa. The staff was friendly and helpful!

The room was spacious and ambience was quiet.. was a good retreat..
however, there was minimal choices for breakfast and look for.a minimart around premises is pretty far.
Staff were rude, not even a simple greeting from them instead they would talk in the other room and laugh at my husband and I
The villa was disgusting, room servicing was never done until we pretty much had to beg them to do our bed and clean the floors as they were covered in BUGS!
No breakfast included so when it was silent day in Bali we would of pretty much starved to death thank god we left.
Not close to anything
Long drive to wherever we wanted to go
Left 2 nights later and stayed in a better Villa in Seminyak
As we packed and left they didn’t even care or ask why we were leaving the way we did, will never recommend this Crap property to anymore, save ur money and save the headache.
great staff comfortable bed pool was a bit cold food was average location a bit remote couldn't walk to restaurant or for shopping

Pros
- Quiet location. Relaxing.
- Spacious rooms and nice swimming pool.
- Friendly and helpful staff. Communicates well in English.
- Wide selection of order-in food.
- Traditional decor and beautiful landscape surrounding property.
Cons
- Nothing open nearby after 9pm. Need to travel approx 20 minutes to nearby town.
- Room had cobwebs. Needs cleaning.
- Low water pressure in toilet. Sometimes without water / murky water
- Attractions are at least 30 minutes to an hour drive away. Longer depending on traffic.
The property needs a lot of maintenance. Service staff are very nice and helpful but they do need some training. Overall we were ok but probably not pay a visit anytime soon until they sort their stuff out.

unclean bath tub
poor bedroom lighting
Beautiful oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Relaxing, friendly staff lovely ambience. The indoor outdoor bathroom is magnificent!! Private pool is to die for. Friendly responsive staff.
We loved it here. Our room was in a courtyard villa shared with another room and we shared our private villa pool. The rooms were so comfortable the sliding window to the outside bathroom and shower was lovely with the plants and fresh air. It was quiet, peaceful and clean. Foxtel, free tea and coffee. The staff were sweet and kind and helpful. The hotel manager was great and so accommodating. There was so many wonderful things about this place i could go on. The shared hotel pool was also nice and the breakfasts both continenal and indonesian are simple but nice.
We stayed 3 nights in Ubud at this hotel was a perfect amount of time. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. Many thanks
This villa is no where near Ubud or any kind of civilisation. If that wasn't bad enough the villas are filthy, please see pictures attached. We checked out straight away, and was met by a very angry and rude owner/manager, who was aggressive and raised his hands in our faces! Problems then had to be dealt with by Expedia themselves, and the owner was rude to the Expedia Representative. He should not be running a hotel or working in hospitality. I feel so sorry for the young staff member working there who couldn't apologise enough to us for what was happening.
