Asked for a late check out. Said it was no problem, but they started banging on the door at 11am and then phoned the room. We spoke to them and sorted it, then they phoned my cell twice. If you need a late check-out I'm assuming it's not something they normally do. Even if they say so.

Not as quite as I would have liked but that was down to other guests and not the hotel itself,the front of desk on arrival was cheerful and polite,unfortunately the same couldn’t be said when checking out,other than that everything was great,one criticism I did have was there where no usb ports at the bedside table which just something noted and didn’t reflect on the hotel as a whole

I asked the front staff for a touch early check in. They said they would call me back. They never did. They also made it seem impossible to get ahold of the cleaning staff. It’s 2024, they don’t have phones, radios, or even a pair of feet and an elevator to go and ask?! Very frustrating. Then I went to watch tv but it wouldn’t work..

We usually stay here when we travel through Peace River, and it's always clean and comfortable. Bedding may need to be replaced soon though, some of the sheets were starting to pearl. Otherwise, all good.
