Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
There was no hot shower in my room and only limited rooms had... It smelled something bad and I didn't realize for a while but it was one of blanket...also, smelled pillows too...more over, towel had a lot of blood serviced unfortunately...staffs were very nice and friendly but facilities are so bad...need to improve their service on those points and should write it down there is a hot shower or not...no one want to have a cold shower at night.
