Nestled between the Mediterranean and delightful alpine landscape, our house with separate accommodation for up to four people everything you need to enjoy the best weeks of the year according to your wishes. The 700 square meter Mediterranean garden with many sunny and shaded spaces offers a panoramic view. On a clear day you can look up to Valencia and Ibiza. The spacious pool terrace overlooking protected outdoor shower is exclusively for guests of our holiday apartments. The water is at a comfortable temperature all day long.
In a fully equipped outdoor kitchen can relax, get together and enjoy. In the apartment are two cozy sleeping rooms. A small bathroom with shower and a kitchen area are also included. Especially in the summer months of June, July and August is worth visiting the many local fiestas.
Use your trips a car, then you standing right in front of our house with a parking space available.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Garden of L'Albarda. A water park is available. The holiday home includes amenities such as a private pool and a kitchen.

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Ihrem Ferienhaus...schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns willkommen gefühlt. Das auf dem Berg gelegene Haus ist traumhaft gelegen, von dort oben genießt man einen traumhaften Blick über die Region bis hin zum Meer. Das Haus ist liebevoll und sehr sauber ausgestattet. Der Pool und die Außenküche runden das Wohlfül-Feeling ab..man erreicht den Strand und das malerische Denia mit dem Auto in rund 20 Minuten. Die Lage ist perfekt für alle, die die Ruhe genießen und dennoch recht schnell am Meer sein möchten. Die Ausstattung ist reichlich und sauber. Uns hat es an nichts gemangelt und wir sind mit einer Träne im Auge wieder abgereist. Bestimmt kommen wir noch einmal wieder...!

nous avons passé une très agréable moment dans ce logement parfait pour nous 3. celui-ci est bien équipé dans l'ensemble, la cuisine extérieure est top et la piscine parfaite pour se rafraichir sous ses fortes chaleurs estivales. Pour les restaurants et la plage, Dénia, Javéa et Moraira sont assez proches. Pour les visites plus lointaine, Valence et Alicante ne sont qu'à une heure de route. Bref, belle découverte de la région.

Perfecta si buscas tranquilidad
Hemos pasado una semana muy buena.El alojamineto tiene todas las comodidades,lavadora,secadora,horno,lavavajillas 2 cocinas....la única pega es que está lejos de todo y se necesita coche hasta para tirar la basura(pero eso se sabe cuando lo contratas).la recomiendo a toda persona que quiera disfrutar de la tranquilidad y de unas vistas impresionantes.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub
Wir hatten solch einen entspannten Urlaub in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Die Außenküche haben wir ausgiebig genutzt und konnten bei traumhaften Wetter die tolle Aussicht beim Essen genießen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch. Alles verlief reibungslos! Ein Auto ist eigentlich ein Muss. Unsere Kinder liebten den Pool, die Außendusche ist genial. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, weil wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben.

El chalet está en un punto muy bonito, con unas vista increíbles. Lo único que al ser solo una habitación y no tener salón. Se hecha de menos un sofá y alguna pared más. Sobre todo si vas con un bebé. Por lo demás todo genial.

Si quieres desconectar es el mejor lugar
De las mejores casas que estado. Atencion excelente de Elena y Angelika. La casa estaba muy bien equipada, comoda y tranquila.Las vistas de cualquier rincon son maravillosas. Fantastisch uitzicht
Keurig nette villa. Heerlijk rustige omgeving. Zwembad niet groot, maar heerlijk zeker ook voor een nachtduiken. Buitenkeuken is super. Vrouw des huizes zeer attent en vriendelijk. Stadjes en stranden in de buurt. Een auto is wel een must.

Erholung pur in traumhafter Kulisse!
Gute Erholung, besonders schön war es mit der Außenküche und der Außendusche, der Blick ist wirklich schön und die Ruhe drum herum tut gut! Wir haben es sehr genossen und bedanken uns für die hilfsbereiten Eigentümer, die immer sofort erreichbar waren.

Toller Urlaub, schönes Haus, alles war perfekt
Wir hatten hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub und eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage ist oben auf dem Berg, somit hat man eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Stadt und das Meer. Wer Ruhe sucht und sich entspannen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Wir hatten einen tollen Kontakt mit den Vermietern, es lief alles reibungslos. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen, vor allem die Außenküche ist eine Sensation. Fazit, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Precioso lugar
Todo ideal, la zona y la casa. La única pega es que los colchones son incómodos. Las vistas son espectaculares, está cerca de lugares interesantes y muy bonitos, la casa está muy cuidada y la piscina muy limpia. Además, la cocina de fuera está muy bien equipada.

Bien mais logement trop petit
Vacances agréables, belle vue sur la mer, logement propre mais trop petit pour 3 semaines de vacances, même à deux. La chambre principale et la salle a manger sont une seule et même pièce, la 2ème petite chambre est en enfilade de la 1ère, une cuisine intérieure vraiment petite. Heureusement, il y a la cuisine extérieure. Néanmoins, l'accueil est excellent et au final de bonnes vacances.

On a eu un super accueil personne très arrangeante. maison très propre et conforme aux photos. Vivre dehors pendant 2 semaines c est un rêve grâce à la cuisine et la douché extérieur on y retournera !

La maison est très bien située entre montagne et mer !!! L'endroit est très calme ...reposant ... la vue sur la mer est fabuleuse surtout la nuit ... La propriétaire et son personnel sont très accueillants, gentils et très disponibles ! Nous espérons y repartir bientôt.
