The air conditioning in the living room and kitchen is available for an
additional fee of €10 per unit per day. Guests can also enjoy the
outdoor jacuzzi for an extra €10 per day. This fee activates the
whirlpool function, creating bubbles, but please note that the jacuzzi
is not heated and will remain at the same temperature as the swimming
pool. Both services are payable locally and must be requested in
advance to allow time for preparation.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
