Perfect house to enjoy sunny days with comfortably.
Spacious living room with extendable table, sofa and armchairs, TV and wifi.
It has 3 bedrooms with capacity up to 10 people. Two of them with two beds of 90cm and an additional sofa bed convertible into double bed. Third bedroom has a double bed.The house is perfect for families with children.
It is a traditional house completely renovated. It has two small terraces on the first floor and a roof terrace offering views of the mountains and the gardens and church of the village.
The kitchen is equipped with induction, microwave, blender, toaster, juicer and necessary utensils. There is another multipurpose room to enjoy reading, playing games or just enjoying some privacy.
There are two full bathrooms, one with shower and screen and the other with bathtub and shower.
The rooftop terrace is a perfect space to enjoy during the day - it has a covered part and another one with a removable awning -, and delightful during the night.
In LA PEGOLINA you can enjoy tradition, culture and sun. It is in Pego, Alicante, a town where traditional festivals are celebrated: Fallas, Moors and Christians, Easter and others. The beaches can be reached by bike path, car or motorcycle. There are wonderful places nearby: Denia with its old town and castle, the spectacular beaches of Oliva, green valleys where cycling is practiced or the protected area of La Marjal, a wetland that can be visited on foot, by bike or by boat. Valencia city is less than an hour driving.
The local gastronomy makes the trip unforgettable. In Pego there is one of the most famous restaurants for paella, and in the surroundings there are good restaurants that prepare other traditional dishes. Pego is in the region of La Marina Alta, famous for its good wines.
You will be welcome to get to know this wonderful region between the beach and the mountains in a house that will make you feel like a neighbor or "Pegolina, Pegolino".

Excellent sejour
Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines à la Pegolina. Maison agréable et spacieuse, rien n’y manque. La climatisation est un plus non négligeable !
