Falta só um pouquinho de flexibilidade
Foi uma ótima experiência. Hotel novinho, com boas instalações, colchão confortável, roupa de cama de qualidade, banheiro claro, secador de cabelo potente. Equipe educada, muito solicita. O armário poderia ter gavetas ou prateleiras pois eram apenas 2 nichos, um com cabideiro e 1 cabide. Outro um vão. Então não havia onde/como arrumar as roupas. No banheiro o chuveiro era maravilhoso, com ótima pressão, porém faltam penduradores de toalhas, que devido ao frio, não secam. As toalhas poderiam ser mais grossas. E ao pedir toalha extra, me surpreendi com a informação que seria cobrada! Ora, a toalha não seca no quarto! O café da manhã era maravilhoso, faltou apenas um pouco de empatia com os hóspedes da corrida do Beto Carrero que chegavam por volta de 09:30, mesmo horário do encerramento. Poderia ter sido estendido. Ainda assim, recomendo o hotel pela localização, instalações e equipe atenciosa.

Bom custo x beneficio
O hotel é simples, porém confortável e com bom custo x beneficio. Quartos bem conservados, banheiro e chuveiro bons e café da manhã saboroso. Os pontos negativos se deram por conta do barulho nos corredores e vindo de outros quartos e de alguns problemas no salão de café da manhã que, por haver só uma pessoa para cuidar da reposição de itens e da limpeza das mesas, a moça não consegue dar conta sozinha. No segundo dia, eu mesmo tive que limpar uma mesa para sentarmos. Num geral, o hotel vale a pena, mas tenha em mente que é um hotel para quem vai ao beto carrero, então é predominantemente familiar e com crianças pequenas.

O Hotel tem uma localização maravilhosa! Em poucos metros você ja ta na faixa de pedestre pronta pra chegar ao Beto Carreiro! Com itens novos, quarto claro/amplo. Banheiro novo. E o item limpeza chamou a atenção! Valeu muito a pena! O café da manhã é simples mas com bastante opções de bolos/doces e pães. Tudo na região é simples... adequado pra quem não quer pegar a estrada depois do parque! Ótimo!
