2 bedroom apartment located in a quiet neighborhood, close to Baleal beach, about 1.6 km away. This apartment is prepared to accommodate 4 people comfortably, comprising a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (one of them a suite), guest bathroom and a very sunny balcony overlooking the shared pool of the building. You can spend great moments with family or friends, overlooking the pool and under the western sun.

Suite 1 - Contains a double bed, two bedside tables with lighting, mirror, air conditioning and built-in closet. It also has direct access to the balcony that connects to the living room and a private bathroom with washbasin with mirror and storage, bathtub and toilet.

Corridor bathroom: Includes a washbasin with mirror and storage, shower tray and toilet. There is also a washing machine available.

Very Clean - Nice Newer Property
This was a very quiet clean place for us to stay for our visit in early May 2024. The beds were very good good bathroom were very nice.
The kitchen is well appointed and there are things like tea and coffee available which is always a nice bonus.
The balcony is really big and it’s a great place to sit and enjoy. The air/heating is a few zones and works great. TV is actually great and they have 5 or 6 English movie channels and news which I like to keep up on.
The pin directions on VRBO is for the place across the street. So if you use it you will get there, but it’s on the north side not #8.
The only negative for us was the bedroom pillows. We ended up going to buy some pillows which were actually very cheap in town. This maybe a North American thing for side sleepers. Cannot have very thin pillows and throw pillows are never washed so we don’t use them.
We gave this a 5 star and for our visit in May it was a really good value. There isn’t much of a view, but you are close enough to the water you get that fresh ocean air.
