Hello and a very warm welcome,
welcome to our delightful beachfront cottage 'Dolphin Bay Cottage'.
The cottage has recently been fully renovated and extended, including the addition of a large master (3rd) bedroom.
Our cottage is located right on the beachfront of pristine Penneshaw Beach in Kangaroo Island. Relax and enjoy uninterrupted ocean views, or watch the dolphins frolic in the waves.

Dolphin Bay has three bedrooms (Queen, double and single).
The cottage has just recently been fully renovated.
The Queen Bedroom is a new add-on addition, spacious, with built-in wardrobes, and floor to ceiling glass window panes and external access glass sliding door with prime beach/bay views.
Bedrooms 1 and 2, have been rebuilt and now also include built-in wardrobes. - these bedrooms remain original sizing and are hence more compact in size.
Kitchen and living areas have been fully renovated and are open plan layout.
Bathroom is located directly off the main living areas - original in size and still undergoing gradual renovation. The bathroom consists of shower, toilet and vanity. Our bathroom is clean, tidy and very presentable.
Front and rear verandahs.
Lawn/grassed area at the front that precedes the beach frontage.
This property is prime beach frontage, located directly on Frenchmans
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Sealink Ferry Terminal. A kitchen and a patio are available in the holiday home.
