TÀmÀ iso kahden makuuhuoneen huoneisto, jossa on opiskelu, on tÀydellinen paikka perhelomailuun, jos rakastat upeita nÀkymiÀ ja tilaa. 1372 neliöjalkaa sisÀtilaa ja 160 neliöjalkaa parveketta koko perhe voi levittÀÀ.
Keittiö, ruokailutila ja olohuone ovat kaikki nÀkymÀt kohti Meksikonlahtea lattiasta kattoon ulottuvilla ikkunoilla. Makuuhuoneessa on myös lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat, pÀÀsy parvekkeelle, king-size-vuode ja iso kylpyhuone, jossa on kylpyamme, erillinen iso suihkukaappi, kaksi turhamaisuutta ja oma vesisÀiliö.
Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja suora pÀÀsy toiseen kylpyhuoneeseen. Tutkimuksessa on futon-sohva ja TV. Olohuoneessa oleva sohva tekee myös sÀngyksi, jolloin huoneisto voi nukkua 8 vierasta.

Excellent location and view. Well maintained property/pool. The unit has an excellent shower, two functioing baths, one running toilet, comfortable main bed. Poorly equipped kitchen (no spatula or scissors). Antiquated table and flatware, no barware, and too few mugs and glassware. Furniture is old with broken pulls. Many bulbs are out. Closet doors don't slide.

Beautiful Views

The location of the unit is outstanding. Wonderful views, very quiet building. The unit was very clean and plenty of towels were provided. Items with issues - The master bedroom mattress sags in the middle and is very high. Making it difficult to sleep in as you are rolling toward the center. The master bedroom TV did not work. The property manager was notified and tried to correct it but it was not able to during our stay. Lots of signs of wear and tear and small things that I will forward to the property manager. Overall a great place to spend a few days or a week!

beautiful and relaxing

Super clean unit with super comfy king bed. Great views, easy walk to beach. Nice pool. Our first time to Pensacola. The beach was never crowded plenty of space. Easy access to Trolly stops. A fantastic condo for families.

Incredible View

Everything was exceptional! The only thing I would have differently if I could have, would be an upgrade on the patio furniture. It's a bit old and uncomfortable, so enjoying an early coffee by myself was not as pleasant as it could have been. Everything else was fabulous. The rooms were very nice, the views are gorgeous, and the openness of the space was perfect for us!

This was a great family vacation for all 6 of us with plenty of room and fun to be had. It was less than five minutes to get to the beach! There was construction going on while we were there, which we weren't expecting, but they were very respectful of their work times, etc. It was a great beach vaca for us!!!

Wonderful place to stay with our family of 7 (kids ages 8 and under). Pool on the property was great and a walk across the street to the beach was so convenient. There was a convenience store next to the condo for a quick trip for some groceries. Home was clean and spacious.

Great view and location!

Love it! When you get on the island, you let them know, and they send you information to get on the property. Shortly after, Sam comes to the unit and welcomes you. She is sweet and very informative. The view is great! We truly enjoyed the unit. The pool was fantastic. They kindly provided soap, trash bags, and toilet paper to help you get through the first day or two. The day we left, Sam left cookies outside for us, which were fantastic! There is a REAL home feel, and they truly care. They even had small things I’ve never noticed other units have, like binoculars. While we brought our own, it was nice to see someone think of having them. CON: This is unfair for me to say this, as I never mentioned it, so they haven’t had a chance to respond. But, on the second evening of our stay, I napped on the sofa. I woke up sweaty and had huge, itchy hives all over my back, shoulders, etc., and even some on my chest. Now, for some, this may seem alarming, but I am allergic to things with fragrance and/or chemicals, etc. While I did not smell a fragrance on the sofa, there was something on it that caused a moderate to severe reaction. Luckily some strong doses of allergy meds were enough. I suspect they sterilize everything, and it might have been that. Which is good for everyone else!!! We would 100% stay here again! (I will avoid the sofa! Lol) And we will book with them again (hopefully) next year.

Pensacola Beach Vacation

We were very satisfied with the condo. It was just as described, large, clean, nicely decorated and a beautiful view. Plenty of room for family visits. Property managers responded promptly to questions.
