Relax with bay views at Baywatch C10. This third-floor walk-up condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom offers bay views and has a king bed, en suite with garden tub and oversized rainfall shower head in the walk-in shower, the second bedroom also has a queen and offers gulf views, lastly, a sleeper sofa in the living room allows this condo to accommodate up to 6 guests. Both bedrooms offer pillowtop mattresses to provide extreme comfort. Smart TV’s throughout the condo allow you to stream your favorite shows while on vacation. For your convenience, the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, in house washer and dryer, and a covered balcony. Bring your family to experience Baywatch C10 year after year!

Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.

Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping dining and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.

Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. Pensacola Beach hosts an air show each July and there’s a show over the Naval Air Station each November.

My son is a naval sea cadet and had a training at the NFA, so I chose to take my 3 kids and mom for a vaca while there. It was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The view of the bay and the ocean was beautiful. Couple things I disliked though: I was aware of the stairs before I booked, but realized how much an elevator helped when you have a big family with luggage and groceries to carry up all those stairs, so be sure you are aware before booking. Also, the last night there, the hot water nozzle in the shower wouldn’t stop working even though it was completely off. I called the emergency line for guidance, and she was to get back to me and never did. So I feel that the bathroom needed a little updated especially with the shower nozzles. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Thank you!

This was a last minute booking for my adult son and his wife and children as I was visiting my sister in Pace. They came for just 2 nights to enjoy the beach. I stayed with them in the unit one night. It was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Very convenient to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall it was a nice place to stay and we enjoyed it.Only a couple of things I'd like to mention-when we pulled the covers back on the beds, the mattress covers had some food crumbs and hair on them and it was obvious they'd not been washed/changed.I took all the mattress covers/sheets/pillowcases off and washed them myself so to ensure we had clean beds to sleep in.Also-the number of flights of stairs to walk up to unit needs to be better described. It states this is a third floor unit-which is correct,but it requires walking up six flights of steps which gets quite tiring when done multiple times a day several days in a row.Other than that, the unit and views were beautiful and we enjoyed our stay there.

Wonderfully decorated to enhance staying on Santa Rosa Island. Well supplied and very clean. Super location. It is on the third floor with no elevator but we managed fine. Would stay here again.

I had to leave a message with your answering service and had to wait 20 min for someone to call me to provide me with the code as she noticed right away my reservation had been paid in full.

Amazing Property Management

The condo was perfect for us. The balcony view was pretty. We had a discrepancy when booking, and Pensacola Beach Properties went above and beyond on making it right for us. I was just blown away by their customer service. The only complaint is the 4 flights of stairs we had to walk. With luggage, stuff for a baby, box fan etc it was a lot of trips and a hassle but the listing does specify this! We would Re-book here in the future. Everything felt clean upon arrival. The Queen bed in the master could use a new mattress. I felt like I was falling off the bed because of the dip on my side and it was the same way for my husband.

Great view!! Very clean!!

The property was very clean and had an amazing view. My only complaint was not knowing their wasn’t an elevator and going up and down 4 floors of stairs with arthritis was quite difficult. Other than that, the property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice stay.

If you have problems with stairs, this is not for you. You need to tent on ground floor.The view was great as was the feeling of a larger area, with vaulted the ceilings. We had a wonderful stay Pensacola Properties were very helpful and attentive, great stay.

Pensacola my new favorite beach

Beautiful condo! Great location. First time to Pensacola and loved it. Definitely would stay there again. It's on the fourth floor so be prepared for a lot of stairs.

Nice Condo, Nice Location, Property Management Could Be Better

TL;DR - Nice condo and location. Property management can be better. The condo is nice, comfortable, and clean. We were able to catch a bunch of fish of the pier and the pool was quiet and nice. The Roku TV is a nice feature, my kids could still watch their shows when quiet times were needed. However, do be prepped for the steps up to the unit! Didn’t bother us but we saw others having trouble. Unfortunately the property management wasn’t the best. Upon arrival nobody was at the office when we arrived. (We arrived a couple hours early but there office should’ve been open according to their posted hours.) Luckily there was a maintenance guy there that helped us out. We were also told that parking passes weren’t needed but we ended up with a warning and had to get back in touch with the property management. They made us some temporary passes then when we were out somebody dropped off actual parking passes inside our unit. While I understand they have access to the unit it was unsettling knowing that somebody just walked into the condo while we were out. Additionally, we had to ask property management for the WiFi password as it was nowhere to be found. They said it should’ve been in the app they request you download but the app is hot garbage and had no useful info. Not a major issue but an inconvenience.
