Gulf Winds 101 is a two bedroom, two bath floor beachfront condo! You will feel like you’re in a tropical plantation with tile flooring throughout, plantation blinds and elegant décor. The massive wraparound gulf front balcony is tiled and has a wrought iron café table perfect for drinking in those views! The Gulf view dining table seats 4 and there’s more seating at the eat in bar. The open concept kitchen has gorgeous cabinetry, granite counter tops and a pass through for convenience. The gorgeous master has floor to ceiling gulf views, queen bed, flatscreen tv and balcony access. The master bath has a spacious granite vanity and shower. The condo was clean, had washer/dryer combo and updated kitchen. The master bed was very comfortable and had a view of the ocean over the dunes.The guest shower had a fairly nasty shower curtain, not the glass doors shown.The guest bedroom was uncomfortable and sheets were to small. I feel it could use some decor. We did have issues with 3 outside lights being out and the master shower would not turn off, but we caught the maintenance man and he repaired the lights on the stairs and i called the phone number sent to me in a text to get maintenance to fix the shower, the number on the fridge would not answer. All in all I recommend the property. . We had a wonderful time and the wrap around balcony was great. the parking garage is a bit tight. They had beach equipment to use in the garage.The guest bedroom

We enjoyed our stay immensely in #101 Gulf Winds. It had everything needed. Highly recommended! The downsides: 1. Some cleaning needed - that there was a lot of dust on the AC door levers that we saw every time we walked by in the hall so we cleaned it. 2. Showers desperately need to be updated. Water spray in master bath was difficult to get hot water turned on. Shower curtains are nasty. 3. The dishwasher was impossible to get it to start because the start button is 1/4" below the counter ledge. A small renovation would fix that.

We had the best time at this location! We stayed with our 2 and 5 year olds and it was a perfect, convenient location with the easiest access to the beach. We used all amenities and appliances and everything worked great. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property was very nice. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, I loved having my coffee on the balcony every morning. The condo was very clean. The kitchen has been remodeled since the pictures were taken so that was a nice surprise that it was more open to the dining/living room. We would definitely stay here again.

Beachfront wraparound balcony 2 BR
The views were amazing. But…here are some things we want to bring to your attention. 1. The twin beds were SO uncomfortable that my husband slept on the sofa! The bedroom looked more like a hospital room than a welcoming bedroom. 2. After the first day, there was no hot water in the main bathroom; and the shower control in the other bathroom kept falling off. There also was no toilet tissue holder in the bathroom. 3. The unit was not welcoming at all. From the very worn front door mat to the dirty rug and sofa in the living room, the rusty balcony table, the unit really had no personality! A mirror was the only item on any wall…no artwork or pictures in any of the rooms, which made the unit feel Very Cold. It definitely needs “warming up” with some accessories and some Color! 4. With the views and direct access to the beach, I would suggest providing beach towels and beach chairs for your guests. We had to bring our own towels and chairs, and they take up a lot of room in a suitcase! 5. Dishes were chipped, some of the silverware was dirty, and we found clothing (not ours!) on the floor in the closet. . 6. Overall, the unit needs some serious updating and some repairs, considering the price you’re charging for it. We won’t stay there again! The only positive was the beautiful views.

Impressed with the location of this property. All was in order and beautiful. I hoped the beach was a little more accessible through the side gate but found our way around the building to the beach. I am sure there is a reason the gate was not a way to the beach.

The views are great and the balcony is very spacious! Kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils.. cookware.. etc. It has a Keurig and regular coffee pot. It also has hair dryers and plenty of towels. Nice parking area. Minutes from restaurants.

The door to the air conditioning unit was covered with dust. I opened it. The filter was totally filthy with layers of old dirt. My nurse friend was afraid it had been there since the worst of Covid. The twin beds were noisy. The headboard of one had a screw missing, so the whole bed squeaked all night, each night. It also had a plastic mattress cover that mad crinkly noises all night. The other bed had a different sort of mattress cover, so it did not make noise. The noises kept the occupants from sleeping well. The primary bedroom was wonderful. Fix the twin bed issues and address the filter and dirty door, then all will be good.

The view is worth a million but furniture and lack of ceiling fans, no kitchen upper cabinets just cheap shelving and no decor. One mirror on a wall. Toilets run almost every 5 mins maintenance didn't do anything about it. Building very old and not kept up. Balcony was large. Master bedroom large. Both baths very small. No lighting over coffee/bar area. Have stayed in condos 6 or 7 times between pensacola and gulf shores. This was not luxury at all. Very disappointed in condo itself.

June 2022. Condo and location is perfect we loved it here. I think the only thing that was a bit inconvenient was the gate closest to us, you could not open it and walk to the beach. The other gate works. There is not a wooden walkway so it can be a little tough in the deep sand. But we would definitely stay here again

My family had an amazing stay at this property. We had a slight issue shortly after check in with one of the sliding glass doors. I couldn’t have asked for a better response from the property manager. The repair man was there within minutes after I called and he quickly resolved the issue. The location of this property is awesome. Its close to everything. It’s a couple of miles from the boardwalk, Crabbys, Peg Leg Pete’s and all the other popular beach dining spots. The beaches here ARE NOT CROWDED! We usually stay in Seaside/Seagrove area and were a little worried that we wouldn’t get the beach privacy we were used too. Boy we were wrong about that! Lots and lots of room in between people set up on the beach. I will say that we tried renting beach chairs and umbrellas after we got there from the place across the street, but I couldn’t get anyone to call me back or return any of my messages. You might want to arrange these before getting there to insure you get a rental if needed. The condo itself was very clean and equipment with everything we needed. It is located on the 1st floor. You are able to see the water from the balcony, but not the beach due to the dunes. The balcony is very big and is equipped with plenty of patio chairs and a table w/4 chairs We recommend zip lining, glow kayaking (don’t go to the one across from Margaritaville. It’s land locked and you will not see any fish. We later found out that the location by the zipline is better and you will see more aquatic life.) We also recommend a drive into Pensacola to the Red Slipper for brunch!!! It was the best and worth the wait to get a table.

Beautiful place on the beach!
The listing for this property does not do it justice. The unit had been freshly painted and new appliances had been installed! It was very clean and comfortable. We also had everything we needed to cook some meals (I would suggest bringing a sharp knife if you intend on chopping veggies, etc.) The view is also very nice for being a first floor unit. We will definitely stay again very soon!!
