Don't want to be too high…unit 107 is perfect. Unit overlooks the pool and with a direct eye-level view of the Gulf of Mexico, what else could you ask for. Sit out on the large balcony and be close enough to keep an eye on your family at the pool while feeling the ocean breeze. Emerald Isle is in a great location on Pensacola Beach. You can walk to shops and restaurants yet you tucked away from the main road so you can have your privacy too. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers a king in the master and two twins in the extra bedroom. If you need extra sleeping, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the den. You'll find three TV's and three DVD players for extra enjoyment when the lights go down. With two pools, on-site fitness facility and sauna along with a community hot tub. You'll have everything you need here so go ahead and make plans to come back again and again.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great little getaway!

Overall it was a great place to stay for me and two of my good friends. The place itself could use a few little minor upgrading but overall for the price is was perfect!! Loved our view!!

Nice but needs updates

We enjoyed our stay because we were on the beach. We have rented other condos at Emerald Isle and have been pleased. This condo though could use some serious updates. Just a few conveniences would make it fabulous - new sheets, tv remotes that work, a Keurig or new coffee maker, clean lamp shades - just to name a few. A little TLC would make all of the difference for this place!

Great view and convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at this 1st floor condo. It was very clean. It could use some updates on furniture, decor, fixtures etc. With that said, it was a very nice place and value for what you get. The sea view and location are top notch. Privacy was somewhat compromised as we were overlooking the pool/staff area but the convenience of being on the 1st floor made up for that. We could use the stairs when elevators were crowded or slow. Overall, we loved our stay!

Exactly as described

The elevators / steps and gates / codes were our only complaint. 90% of the time only 1 elevator worked and at prime times the lobby would be FILLED with people waiting. Being as we were on the 1st floor the steps weren’t bad, but the code would only access one set, and both sets only exit to the parking lot. So after carrying everything down the steps to the parking lot we still had to enter a code to get back into the building and through the lobby. The gate from the pool to the beach was broken all week as well as the man gate from the lot to the street, the code wouldn’t work so someone had propped a rock between. Other than that place was perfect!!!!!

Needs updating bad!!!

Within an hour of arriving we were searching for somewhere else to stay. Unfortunately there was nothing else close by so we stuck it out for the week. Needs updating very bad!! Ice maker didn’t work! Beds were uncomfortable! Multiple dining room chairs were coming apart. Outdoor furniture was very rickety! One pool was shut down which I know wasn’t the owners fault but just a bit of inconvenience. They need to come in and do some major updating and renovations. Definitely wasn’t worth the money we spent.

Upon arrival we did not have a code for the door. The management company left us standing at the door of our room in cold weather so they could ask ridiculous questions to verify our identity of which VRBO already had. Not a good start. The condo was a nice size but very rundown. It was in need of maintenance and upkeep. Dirty dishes were in the cabinet, silverware unclean. Need to have cleaning staff double check before placing in cabinets and drawers. We have never stayed in a place where there was not even a salt and pepper shaker to use, sounds trivial but is an inconvienence. Maybe we have been spoiled in other places.

Awesome location & stay!

This is the perfect spot for family fun! The condo was ideal & even more spacious than we imagined. We could walk to great food & shopping, and the beach is just out the back door. Extra bonuses were the heated swimming pool for the cooler mornings & the reserved chairs with umbrella on the beach! We loved it & will be back asap!

Nasty & Roach infested

Condo very dirty, electrical outlet covers broken so only the bottom outlet worked. Lamps next to sofa had no bulbs or did not work at all. No safety bar in either bathtub nearly fell down several times. German roaches everywhere and after careful packing up brought 3 home that were found when unpacked in garage & shook out every garment & bag. Ice maker making horrible noise & maintenance refused to fix until I talked to supervisor & they finally sent repair man. Ants all over kitchen. All mattresses worn out need replacing. Only positive note the kitchen was well equipped with any tool you might need. Only kitchen complaint was no Keurig coffee pot. We only took K-cups so no coffee first morning. We were with a group of 25+ family members & had 6 condos rented for week. In comparison ours was the worst of the bunch. But we did enjoy the pool & beach & the staff was very kind & helpful. We will not be back to Emerald Isle for our yearly family gathering.

We had a wonderful stay and celebrated my 50th birthday. The place was clean and everything was convenient. I had read the reviews and brought a hair dryer. We had plenty of towels for sun time and enjoyed the soft beds. I would rent again...

Great location; nice condo

Loved the condo we stayed in. The negative was the floor was not clean when we checked in (it turned our feet and socks black). Balcony view was awesome, pool and hot tub area was clean, and beach seating was great. The security of the property was good. The only other negatives were we were not given our passcode to get into the property (we had to call for it). Also we had sent 2 emails with questions that we never answered. We would definitely come back and stay in this condo!

Beautiful view

Very comfortable and clean with the most amazing view. There are a few minor maintenance items such as missing lightbulbs, dishwasher not working properly, and some furnace noise, but otherwise, it was great. Would definitely come back.
