Great Vacation / Great Location
We highly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was in a great location, has a gas station directly across, nice pool, directly on the beach, and only a mile from The Bama. We brought our own chairs but has a chair service and also community chairs in bins on the beach. There is a large beach to play and also volleyball court. The beds and interior living area's where comfortable. My only suggestion would be to update some of the interior features like the single sinks in the bathrooms with a double vanity sink but overall the unit was great We would stay there again for sure.

A great property!
This is a great property. Our family has stayed at Perdido Towers several times and this condo has been one of our best stays ever. The property feels so homey and comfortable. The beds are wonderful. The unit is well-equipped with everything you need. Check-in was flawless. Suzie was great at communicating with us about check-in and taking care of the property when we were leaving. We will definitely book this property again for our Florida vacation!

Great place to enjoy the 4th
Our family had a wonderful time. Location was perfect. Beach was not as crowded as we expected for this time of year, and we were always able to find a spot at the pool. We walked to Flora-Bama a couple times (saw fireworks there, then walked back on the beach to see all the others). It's a quick drive to other area restaurants and grocery stores. The owner was very responsive and helpful with questions before and during the stay. Check in process was simple and no issues with parking. The unit was fairly clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen is well stocked. I do agree that it could use a deep clean but otherwise it is a great place to stay and will consider again if/when we come back to the area.

Cons: The property needs a deep clean, the water heater isn’t big enough, some of the furniture needs replacing, tubs very slow to drain, bathrooms are fitted with powder room sinks & need something bigger with more counter space, no bedside table or lamp on one side of master bed, WiFi often very weak. Pros: great beach, unit is quiet, good air conditioning, access to lots of channels, clean pool, great towels, master has nice mattress, pillows & bedding.

The property was awesome! Never waited for an elevator! The beach was never overcrowded and family friendly. The location of condo was great, short rides to grocery stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!!
Best location, best view! Beach was fairly empty, of course the weather wasn’t great in March but opening the patio doors and hearing the surf or waking up to the floor to ceiling view of the ocean was fantastic! Unit was clean. I enjoyed the design of the building because you really don’t run into many people or hear any noise. Owner sent a code for the door before arrival so there was no check in process to deal with, which helps when you’re driving and arriving late at night. We were visiting my daughter at NAS Pensacola so depending on how long she is there we will definitely hope to stay again.

Great condo!
Suzi was so easy to work with. The condo was clean and the view! WOW! Especially from the master bedroom. Coffee in bed and looking at the water was amazing. We were there for fall break and it was not crowded at all. We will be back!

Great stay
The views from this property were amazing! The beach accessibility was superb. There was easy access to restaurants back into FL as well as west to AL. Our only suggestions are that the unit could use a deep clean as many of the corners had dust bunnies and a few more dishes would be helpful. Overall though, we had a great stay :)

Great place and location

Perdido Key family trip
Very clean condo and had everything we needed for a great week. Enjoyed the view from the patio every morning and evening. No complaints regarding the comfort of the beds, We slept great which is not always the case in a vacation rental for us. Grocery store less than a 10 minute drive. Perdido Bay Seafood is also nearby which was a hit. Some really good restaurants nearby, never had a bad meal. Place was not that busy so never had to wait for the elevator which was also very nice. Super easy to get to the place and check-in was simple. Owner sent us all the codes before our stay. Also had beach chair rentals already set up so no need to take chairs if we didn’t want to take our own.

1st time on the Gulf
We traveled with grandchildren and loved the semi-private beach and location. We had trouble with the keys/door at checkin, but a quick call to the owners quickly resolved that. During our stay, a keypad entry system was installed. Checkin and door use is now easy-peasy. Perdido Key is quiet compared to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. You have to drive a little further for groceries, etc., but we liked the less busy area. We could drive to Pensacola or drive 1 mile to Alabama to reach Orange Beach. Pros: We had room for privacy. A starter kit was provided with soaps, dishwasher detergent, TP, etc. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils. Full size washer and dryer are provided. We loved the full size windows in the living room and the master bedroom. There's plenty of storage and closet space in the bedrooms as well as bedding. Security is great. The semi-private elevator means that there were no long waits or crowding. If we had any questions, a quick call to the owners was quickly answered. They are very accessible! Cons: the bathrooms have little storage and only 1 towel rack. The dryer needs a couple of cycles or high heat cycle to dry. The ice cubes had a strange taste, so we didn't use them. The swimming pool was closed! That was major as most beach days were red flagged. One disabled person couldn't do the beach, and no pool. That was a property issue, not an owner problem. In summary, we would rent the condo again!

Loved the very easy excess to our 6th floor condo from parking lot. Great views even indoors with the very clear floor to ceiling glass windows and doors. Owner was quick to respond to a question I had.

Peaceful Getaway
Loved the property and location. Perfect if you want a less crowded area but close to everything. The unit was more spacious than others that we have stayed in. Tip: City Donut is an amazing treat! The only issue was that we could not obtain a parking pass as the office was always locked. We had no hassle about it though. Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.
