Staff was great. Breakfast was excellent. Mattress was awful. Lounge chair in room was rough with torn armrest. My back can’t stand another night in that bed. Sorry, as it was very nice other than the furnishings.

The breakfast was alwasy almost out, regardless of what time we got there. And its not connected to the rest of the property, so you have to go outside and walk around the building and into another to get there. 2 days we didnt receive housekeeping service. When we called for blankets ,it took 3 hours to receive them. And even though we opted for late check out, housekeeping came knocking at our door by 9:00 became her "app" told her we had checked out. The room was so dark! The room was pretty clean, other than some mild dust on some lighting fixtures. The beds were made neatly and the linens were spotless. The rooms were spacious.

Great Stay
We evacuated for a hurricane with our dog. The staff was amazing. They were friendly & caring. Check in was quick & seamless. Rooms were clean, even for pet friendly, the rooms were very clean. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. And the breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay again!
