Upon arriving at the hotel, I approached the front desk, eager to check in after a long journey. Unfortunately, the interaction was far from warm. The receptionist didn't even ask for my ID; instead, she moved straight to her computer, processing our reservation with an air of indifference. Without any greeting or pleasantries exchanged—no “good evening” or “hello”—she handed me our room keys after just requesting my credit card. As she slid the key cards across the counter, I pointed to the left and asked about the elevator. Her only response was a terse “that’s all” before she returned to her screen, leaving me feeling somewhat dismissed. Exhausted, we made our way up to our assigned room, only to discover that one of the key cards failed to unlock the door. Frustration began to bubble beneath the surface. After a long day, I wasn’t in the mood for more complications. I took the elevator back down, seeking help from the young woman at the front desk. I explained the situation and asked her to reset the key card. She glanced at me, a bit detached, and did as I requested. Once back at our room, we tried again, and this time the door finally opened—only to reveal that we had been assigned to a room already occupied by guests! Shocked and bewildered, we stood there momentarily, and my frustration escalated. We returned to the front desk for the second time, and I clearly conveyed my irritation at the whole experience. Charging $10 for parking for that tyupe of property is simply ridiculous. The tv in the room didn't work and I called the front desk 3 times and no one answered. the AC would not come on during the night again no answer at the front desk

Overall, I can say I was not impressed at all by this location. It was in a good enough area, but I walked in said hi and the front desk didn't bother to greet me with anything but a grimace. Seemed to be very unhappy-in addition to the starbucks worker.. she was unhappy too.. then i get to the room, and it really needed assistance. It didn't look clean to me.. but i was too tired to care.The room was not up to Marriott's standards. No welcome kit for Bonvoy members nor a water in the room. Just won't be back.

Once we checked in, we went upstairs to our room (#223). The toilet was not working. On our way out of the hotel, we informed the front desk. It was fixed by the time we got back. Also, there was a very soft spot in the flooring near the window.

Bed was not comfortable (cheap mattress), towels/wash clothes were thin and cheaply made. Paid additional daily rate for breakfast which choices were a pastry or toast and a beverage (coffee/juice). Advertised free parking but I was charged $10 a day for parking.

BOOKED 5 NIGHT STAY ON HOTELS.COM. THEY CHECKED ME OUT 2 TIMES DURING THE 5 NIGHT STAY. I NEVER GOT A STRAIGHT ANSWER WHY THEY DID IT. MY GUESS IS PROBABLY TO CHARGE MORE. MAKE SURE TO COMMUNICATE WELL WITH FRONT DESK. ALSO ONLY CLEANED/CAME IN ROOM ONCE DURING THE 5 NIGHT STAY. I WILL DEFINTELY STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE NEXT TIME I AM VISITING PENSACOLA AREA.
