We booked a handicap room for my mom, as she has a mobility scooter. The room had a significant lip between the bedroom and bathroom, and just a standard bathtub. My mom tripped on the lip and luckily didn't get hurt. She also couldn't get in the shower, so had to do without during our stay.

The location is good for walkers, lots of shops and restaurants less than a mile walk. This particular hotel has a variety of room configurations and the staff is very friendly. The Breakfast is more of a continental style, just in case future guest are looking for omelets and french toast instead.

It was like walking into a hotel in the 1970’s. The shower leaked, the bathroom door lock was broken, the front door had large gaps and you could see light coming in, the stairs had lights out which was creepy at night, we had to put new batteries in the remote. I could go on…

Great customer service and beautiful property! Really disappointed that the pool hours didn't open up until 10am, bc I wanted to get my breakfast and my bible and go enjoy my quiet time with the Lord down by the historic pool, and I couldn't bc it was closed, and then I had to check out.
