This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes large patio doors in the living area, and main bedroom leading to a private patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this modern and contemporary vacation rental include a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher; along with all dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The main bath includes a walk-in shower and twin sinks. Each bedroom and the living area have TVs and DVD players.

THINGS TO KNOW
This is a non-smoking vacation rental, which applies both inside the home and on the balcony. (There is a dedicated smoking area in the parking lot.) This policy is strictly enforced.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. The property nice and clean. Some things need updating such as bathrooms. There also needs to be a deadbolt on the door. I did not feel safe and had to prop a chair under the door handle in order to do so. The power was not working in the master bedroom. It was reported and no one ever came to check it out or fix it. So the whole time I stayed, I was not able to turn on the light, use the ceiling fan, or watch tv in the room. The size of the balcony and views were amazing. Sunrises were gorgeous! It was a very relaxing environment and location was perfect. Beach was not crowded at all and you can find the most beautiful intact sea shells as you walk along the beach. I would stay again and recommend, but I would like the power to work and a deadbolt on the door as added security.

Great location, needs updating

This is a lovely property but needs both security and infrastructure updates. The door does not deadbolt or securely shut, which led to a screaming sound whenever the winds were high. Additionally, like other reviewers, I share the opinion that the couch really needs to be replaced. In terms of security, the lobby was not secured, which should be updated as well.

There is t a lot around the property to walk and grab drink or eat

It was quiet. The hot tube was broke and they didn’t have the heat on in the pool So we couldn’t enjoy that. Weather wasn’t great so Jan isn’t a good time to go . The building has wear and tear . But It was ok

Very Nice Condo but Needs a Few Improvements

The condo/property was exactly as listed. It was very clean, nicely decorated and updated, very comfortable, and it had awesome views from the balcony. It is located close to elevator, with easy access to the parking garage. The main complaint I had was the couch is worn out, very uncomfortable, and is in desperate need of replacing. I have noticed several other bad reviews concerning the couch, and I agree with them 100%. The owners need to spend some of that money they are making off the guest fees and replace the couch. One recommendation I have is blankets need to be added to the linens provided. I realize that the condo is mostly used in the summer months, but if going to rent during winter months, it would be nice to have blankets to place on the beds at night due to the cold temps. One noticeable difference in this property and the dozens of vacation properties my family have stayed at in the past is, don't expect enough needed toiletries such as soap, etc. (only a minimum amount were provided thus resulting in us having to purchase more). There were no condiments for cooking or kitchen extras (i.e. trash bags) in the kitchen either...again, just the bare minimum furnishings. Again, the condo was very nice, and we enjoyed our stay. We probably would not rent this property again due to the fact we have stayed in better vacation rentals for the same rental cost.

Very Nice Condo

Great location and very clean. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the lack of communication using the VRBO messaging and the lack of knowledge of the people who I spoke to before the trip. Also the 1 parking spot and being told I had to find a public pay to park lot. We have been able to purchase additional passes at other Condos but that is not the case here. (Lesson learned) Once we got there and called the company listed in the elevator they got us in touch with the local Vacasa office and they were very helpful and got us what we needed. I would be great if the local office number was on the listing.

Great location!

Condo was exactly as advertised, it was clean and comfortable. The condo pool and hot tub were really nice and it was a short walk to the beach. The beach area never felt crowded and the condo location seemed near to everything. Would 100% stay here again. My only issue was there were only 3 rolls total of toilet paper for two bathrooms and no garbage bags in the kitchen garbage so remember to bring your own!

Great for beach getaway!

Spacious 2/2 condo, with laundry, nicely updated kitchen that is also well stocked Living room chairs and couch have seen better days, due for an update/replacement. Comfy king bed with great views and building was quiet Current parking situation is a bit of a cluster. There is an assigned space, but it is a tight middle spot for a mid sized SUV. Repair of roof of garage has rest of unassigned parking shut down. Thankful for overflow parking but it’s across the busy street. Did not use other amenities as weather was cold and rainy ;(

Beautiful views. We had zero issues while there. The couch is a hidabed and not the most comfortable but there's other chairs and it was just the 2 of us. Nice furniture on the balcony. We would absolutely stay there again if in the area.

Fantastic and cozy condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Location was great, the beach was gorgeous and not crowded even on a holiday weekend. All the people were friendly and an overall great vibe here. Condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked. All furnishings were comfortable and well cared for. The only improvements we could suggest would be a thorough wipe down of high touch areas, new outdoor cushions and some care to the patio furniture. We recommend highly and plan a return visit next year.

ROOMS GREAT, BUILDING IN GENERAL, BELOW AVERAGE

The condos we rented were just fine. Clean, comfortable, well appointed and as advertised. The issue we had was with the general condition of the building and common areas. It was rundown and a little shabby. The whole building, including all of the doors, needs a fresh coat of paint. We did not use the pool, but noticed it was cloudy and kinda dirty. Lots of little things were broken or in disrepair (door handles, trash chutes, elevator card readers, etc). We've been staying at the Windemere for years and have noticed a slow but steady decay. For the money paid, it just doesn't seem to be as nice as it should be. Overall a good stay, but the building needs attention. Some other nearby properties appeared to be in much better shape.

We had a great week at this location. The condo had everything we needed, which was nice. The beach is beautiful and the location is great. Parking was easy and convenient. The beach service was fantastic. The outdoor furniture was broken/falling apart (chaise lounge and table) which I had read in a previous review but also read that it had been updated. It wasn’t. The condo is comfortable but could use some freshening up/deep cleaning.

Everything was perfect! Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great in the showers, not one single complaint, will definitely return.
