Recently refurbished, the property has been carefully arranged and equipped to include a contemporary open plan living / dining area and kitchen as well as two gorgeous bedrooms and bathrooms. Set just a short stroll back from the seafront, Newlyn’s harbour is easy to reach, as are its shops, restaurants, galleries and cafes.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Lovely Stay Away
Lovely little 5 night trip away. Excellent property, looks exactly like the listing. Was so well decorated and had everything we needed in it. Great location for pottering around Newlyn, Mousehole and Penzance and easy to drive to other locations. Local car park was £20 for the week and a 10 min walk from the property (but can drop stuff off first before parking). Great trip and would recommend to others. The only issue we had was the en suite shower. Some days it was great, every other day it would just keep going scalding hot then freezing cold over and over so you had to keep jumping in and out the water as it flicked between the two temps.

Nice & cosy loft - Highly recommended
A beautiful, lovingly furnished and well-equipped accommodation. The cleanliness was top. There was also a welcome snack. Also, the kitchen was well equipped. Communication with the housekeeper was quick and easy. All in all, the property is highly recommended.
