Charming detached house on the hillside, fully equipped with all comfort for 6 people and 1 young child, large fenced and shaded yard with garden furniture and barbecue.
The fireplace in the living room and reversible air conditioning (hot / cold) allow to stay there all year (firewood provided).
You can make barbecue evenings in the large outdoor barbecue; vines will be at your disposal.
Located near hiking, you can go for walks or cycling in the surrounding countryside, discover Pernes and its 40 fountains or discover the villages and many nearby sites.
The independent pool is reserved exclusively for tenants. It is flat-bottomed, fenced and equipped with an alarm approved for fun and safe holidays (from June to September inclusive subject to favorable weather).
Rest and relaxation are assured in the vineyard of the Domaine des Hauts Traversiers where vine growers can visit the estate, taste their wines and fruit juices, talk about their job.

Schöner Urlaub
Wir haben uns im Haus von Helene und Didier wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber und funktionierte. Vom Haus aus kann man zu schönen Spaziergängen direkt in die Olivenhaine umd Weinberge starten. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder mieten.

Die Lage ist für uns perfekt: ruhig, ländlich; wir konnten direkt vom Haus mit unseren Hunden laufen gehen. Auch für Ausflüge sehr gute Lage. Pernes les Fontaines ist ein schönes Städtchen mit Flair. Sehr nette Vermieterin; es gab sogar ein Willkommensgeschenk. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Mooi gelegen in de wjngaarden
Ruim huis met veel buitenruimte en mooi terras. Het huis is mooi gelegen in de wijngaarden op de flank van de heuvels in het achterland van Pernes les Fontaines, je kunt direct wandelingen maken vanuit het huis. Vergeet niet wijn te proeven bij de eigenaar, deze is heerlijk. Wij waren er in de winter, ondanks de eclectische verwarming (tevens airco) was het wel nodig om bij te stoken met de houtkachel in de kamer, wat het ook wel weer gezellig maakte. Er is veel aanwezig in het huis, oven/vaatwasser en ook voorraad wijn en druivensap uit de wijngaard. De keukeninventaris was wat basic hier en daar, een goed broodmes en een setje grote wijnglazen zouden een goede aanvulling zijn. Houd ook rekening mee dat het grootste bed 140 meter breed is, kan wat krap zijn als je anders gewend bent. De locatie is perfect om de vele bezienswaardigheden in de buurt te ontdekken en ook prachtig te wandelen, al direct in de nabije omgeving. Onze honden hebben zich ook goed vermaakt, zeker met de ruime omheinde buitenruimte. Al met al een prachtige vakantie doorgebracht!

Super maison de vacances! Au calme entouré de vignes et proche de nombreuses activités en même temps. Pourvue de nombreuses facilités pour les petits (par ex: chaise haute etc).La propriétaire est très accueillante. Nous recommandons!

Parenthèse enchantée au milieu des vigned
Cette location était parfaite pour une famille avec 4 enfants. En pleine campagne, le calme est assuré au milieu des vignes tout en étant idéalement placé pour visiter les plus beaux villages de Provence.

Tout pour passer un bon séjour
Tout d'abord je remercie la propriétaire pour son accueil très agréable. Le gîte est tout à fait conforme à la description faite. C'est assez grand, pratique, bien équipé, dans un environnement calme au milieu des vignes, oliviers et cerisiers, un peu à l'écart de Perne-les Fontaines tout en étant proche. La 4G est disponible. Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire pour ce croire chez soi. Il faisait 33/34°C lorsque nous y sommes passé et nous n'avons même pas mis la clim pour dormir car la maison garde le frais pour peu que les fenêtres restent fermées dans la journée. La piscine, avec une eau actuellement à 28°C, est un délice surtout avec les fortes chaleur. Géographiquement le gîte est bien placé et permet de visiter pas mal de choses dans un rayon de 30 à 45 min de route. Bref nous nous y sommes trouvé tout de suite à notre aise et la semaine est très vite passé malheureusement...

Exactement ce que nous recherchons : idéalement placé pour les visites, (Avignon, l'Isle sur la Sorgue), à l'écart du centre mais pas trop loin, pour pouvoir s'y rendre à pied. Les propriétaires sont super gentils et disponibles. Ne pas oublier de passer à leur cave où l'on peut trouver un vin excellent. C'est sûr, nous reviendrons. Anne-Karine et Serge
