The balcony door didn’t close properly- i talked to somebody, and he said there is nothing he could do (it was 5.50 pm, they close at 6 so I think he just wanted to get home). very rude, no help and he just said that there is nothing they could do - well this is an issue, I mean it was cold and also quite nosiy (as the door just wouldn’t close not because it was on the street) Had a terrible and cold night there

We were pleased that we were able to book with them but they gave us a handicapped room. Everything was very low down, including the bed. The unit itself was spacious. Easy access to a bottle shop, IGA Supermarket, Chemist, Thai restaurant, hotel and many cafes. An Uber ride to the airport costs, currently, about $30

Fantastic stay
All good for us. A few Ks out of town but covered by free yellow cat bus. Really well appointed. My only issue was I could not connect my laptop to the TV. You cannot use the apps on the TV to access your streaming accounts. ALSO NOTE: if you require a lift to get your luggage to the room you need verify with the Hotel when you book. Some rooms are only accessible via stairs.

The room and people were lovely, and its proximity to the Yellow Cat bus line made getting around super easy. I appreciated the upgrade, but the room was right above a noisy pub which did disrupt sleep. I suppose that's not the hotels fault.

A hidden gem
The location is fantastic with a variety of good restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. It is very easy to get to the CBD on the CAT bus which is free. We had a well appointed room with a balcony and great views over Claisebrook Cove. We appreciated the ample space in the kitchenette, bathroom and sleeping areas. We didn’t use the pool, but the outside area is beautifully landscaped. The staff were all very friendly. We’re looking forward to returning one day soon.
