A reasonably typical Quest studio room, though more spacious than expected - both in room size & bathroom. Small kichette with fridge, microwave & cooktop though bench was still dirty from previous occupant & could do with a light over the kitchen area. Windows opened to allow fresh air in, which I always enjoy. Though it did mean that the conversation from the balcony below or noise from street came in- but with closed was very quiet. Short walk to ferry terminal for Rottnest, & reasonably close to the heart of Fremantle & what it has to offer. Parking was a pain with it being a big of a walk away & costing money everywhere. As the main parking is at the ferry terminal if you arrive at anytime other than first thing you won’t get an overnight park & will have to move the car to be in the right area. Lifts came quickly & were never full whilst I was there. Otherwise very comfortable, clean & close to most things you may need in Freo.

The property is quite central and close to restaurants. Rooms are clean and functional. Balcony has almost 5 ft wall so more of a backyard rather than balcony. Bathroom could have been more spacious.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great location for heading out for a drink or dinner. Close to parking. Nice walk along the waterfront to the Maritime Museum and the Gage Road Brewery. Would definitely stay there again.

Disappointing
Booked a 10 night stay 11 months in advance and was given a 1st floor, enclosed courtyard facing room (very little natural light and a window that didn't open). Asked for a transfer (even offered to pay for an upgrade) and was told they'd look into it after the first weekend. Received no update after that. Bed was comfy but room was not in great condition (it wasn't dirty, just old, bathroom tap was loose etc). Location is good but nothing else about the hotel is anything more than passable.
