Nice hotel, decent buffet breakfast in the hotel
The hotel is nice, and the room had everything you need. It’s in a bigger complex with mostly vacant shop spaces, but there is an iGA which is handy. Thai restaurant across the road was good, more restaurants further up the road. Restaurant in hotel had a nice breakfast - you could fo buffet or order something from the menu. It wasn’t open for dinner. The hotel is on a main bus route do very easy public transport and free within the cbd.

Location was central to everything I felt and buses right outside to travel around the city. Room very clean and comfy and quiet with a small balcony for me to sit outside and watch the world go by while having a cup.of tea. Great customer service from checking in to checking out and in between. Grocery store IGA just down the escalator. And a short walk.to the beautiful Swan River aka Derbarl Yerrigan.

Great property. Not a lot of restaurants in the area but a short drive you will find plenty in Victoria Park. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only criticism would be a extra cost for parking. $30. Highy recommended.

This place is no longer what it was. The Hyatt is gone. It's just a blank building preying on greed. They do not listen to the customer and are quite rude. The $200 bond is an antiqued greed. It's a barren building preying on greed
