The bathroom floor was filthy all over. Plus mould growing in areas where water pooled on the floor outside the shower even when bath mat was used. Bathroom floor needs to be stripped and scrubbed. Doors need soft closure mechanisms as extremely loud slamming whenever someone shut the door to their room. Plus unfortunate situation of an alarm from one of the businesses under the hotel going off at 3am that kept going for quite a while. I couldn’t get breakfast as the only cafe open at that time had an unfortunate kitchen issue and was not serving meals. View was wonderful and bed / bedding was fine.

We booked through Expedia and paid in full more than 6 months earlier which was confirmed. Notified 3 hours before due to leave for Heathrow airport (UK) that no booking made and no room for our 2 week holiday. Now been back a week and they still have our money.

The only complaint we found was in the bathroom. The shower water could not be contained in the shower. No matter what we tried the shower screen let the water escape in buckets. The second shower head was very rusted and the towel rack and toilet paper holder were almost falling off the walls.

The hotel lets itself down with not keeping up with repairs. One of our toilets was broken & filling up with water all the time. The kitchen light didn’t work so a lamp was placed to shine above the cooker not a good substitute. We were woken up at 4.50 am with a guy loading a van below from the brewery. The upstairs toilet window let in water when it rained. On the whole i was very disappointed with the stay.

Always stay here when travelling for work in Perth. Nice location and the dining options are great. Only real drawback and its minimal is Sistas Cafe where you get your complimentary breakfast doesn't open until 7:30am. If it opened at 7:00am it would be better.
