In Pescara (Abruzzo - Italy), at ‘B&B mare mio’ you are in the heart of the city, 150 metres from the sea, 100 metres from the park street with its Wednesday general market, a short distance from the commercial promenade (shopping - various shops) and the night ‘movida’ with its pedestrian island.
On the second and last floor in a small building built in the 1950s with only three units, you will find your splendid, comfortable, bright and cosy holiday-home of 100 square metres, with parking space and beach umbrella reserved for you.
The flat is very bright both for the happy exposure and for the width of the windows and the 3.40 m. ceilings. It is completed with a livable balcony happily exposed (south-east-west) with partial sea view and a lovely pine grove, recently renovated and full of greenery and urban furnishings that make it a natural attraction for the whole neighbourhood, without forgetting the panoramic terrace (sea, mountains, pine grove, city) of 180 sq. m., on the upper floor... for partying!
The ‘B&B mare mio’ flat consists of a large living room/open kitchen (40sqm); 2 double bedrooms (25sqm each called SUN & SEA), with private bathrooms and walk-in showers (the SUN room with walk-in shower), livable balcony (11sqm for the SUN room) with partial sea and square views with a lovely pine grove full of greenery and urban furnishings, facing south-east. Your flat includes: autonomous energy-saving heating (methane-powered radiators), air conditioning (split-inverter AAA+ technology) air-conditioned in every room; smartTv DVBT2 and free wi-fi; private wardrobe/closet with hangers.
