We had a great room with a balcony. Breakfast was superb. Omelets and eggs made to order plus fruits, pastries, yogurts. Drinks and appetizers also really good at the bar. The staff was gracious. One of best places I have stayed in Italy.

Every now and then you come across a hotel which stands out for its attention to customer service and this is one of them. My wife and I only stayed one night but were sad to leave. The staff were exceptional and the room was nice. Being within walking distance to the station yet close to the seafront made this hotel a perfect choice for us. We loved the place and would definitely stay again.

From the moment we arrived the entire staff took control of our stay and immediately made us feel comfortable and welcome. From the manager to the clerk and other staff members couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel is well run and organized. Exceptionally clean and stocked. Incredible warm welcome from all front of house staff, they really could not do enough for us, a nice well needed refreshing drink on arrival and simple check in, room was clean and fresh as was bathroom, location was perfect although we was worried about driving in pedestrian zones it is authorised, beach is nice and sandy and a 5 min stroll, plenty of bar’s restaurants and shops all within a nice 10 minute stroll, thanks Victoria hotel for looking after us.

All the staff were outstanding, and very accommodating. Breakfast selection was extensive and they were happy to fulfill special requests. The room and bathroom was updated, stylish and modern. They have wet and dry saunas in the spa room downstairs, just ask the desk for a time slot. The hotel was in a great location near the main piazza and the main street, with plenty of shopping and restaurants; even a grocery store in the same block.
