The staff were very courteous and helpful. Allowed an early check in, so we could get ready for a wedding. Room was clean. Breakfast had the usual fare.

Convenient and comfortable
Had to pay an extra $10 for ground floor, which we wanted because we have a dog. Worth it because ground floor rooms have sliding glass doors to outside and you can park directly outside the room. Very convenient. Also, were on side of building that faced a quiet grassy area, perfect for dog walk. Room is standard budget hotel type, but clean and comfortable and quiet. Door Dash readily available in Cobourg. Very close to Rte 401.

This hotel is clean and offers a hot breakfast. The beds and comfortable and the staff is friendly. The rooms have lots of space and the shower has good pressure. My only concern was that I didnt want our room cleaned and when I called for towels, the girl that came with new ones wouldn't take the wet ones and we had a pile! (2 adults and 2 children) I spoke to the laundry lady the next morning and she made sure that fresh towels were in our room when we returned. Overall, we will definitley return!

Rooms, lobby and property very clean. Front reception was very rude and unhelpful and not in the least interested in going out of her way to offer information. Front entrance smelled like smoke and none of the outlets in the lamps worked so nowhere go plug in your cell phones by your beside. Breakfast staff was very kind and a good variety for breakfast.

The power was out for two hours. There were no emergency lights in the halls. They overcharged by $100. There was feces in the toilet in my room. No compensation was offered.

Maybe like everything in life hotel prices have gone up considerably but for the price, it should be nicer. My room did not have the hair dryer that was promised. It was very noisy, from people above me but also from people who were right outside my patio door at night. I really hate the idea of a patio door on a hotel room, maybe some people like that but not me, it feels less safe and noisier. The bed was comfy, things were clean, I just really didn’t like the set up with patio doors. The hallways were super hot like they weren’t air conditioned at all.
