Okay, but not a great smell
The property was okay, but it was a dated property. The rooms were not bad. We had a double queen room. One queen was comfortable, but the other queen's mattress was a rock and went down hill. The room had a bad smell that stayed even with turning on the hvac. It was an affordable room, but if the price was any higher than the $79 we spent, I wouldn't recommend.

We stayed in rm. 210, it was clean nicely made. But the beds were not very comfortable. One looked like it should've been replaced years ago. The one we chose to sleep on ,we kept sliding to the center. The hotel was centally located to Boyne Mountain for the Skywalk and Skylift.And Petosky. We did the tunnel of trees and the Legs Restaurant. The breakfast was a continental style which had a good variety. We enjoyed our stay.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The property was in a very convenient location, right on 131 with Walmart and Bob Evans across the street and Meijer store and gas station nearby. Reasonably priced as well. We didn't utilize the pool or visit the breakfast room.

Don’t expect much from this place. Breakfast was in a few small cases inside the 10 x 10 lobby. Paid $150 for this place 😖

Expensive for what you get.
The staff was great. The carpet was stained. Laminate flooring would go along way to refreshing the room! The mattress and towels were new. The bathroom was very old. The room smelled. Many off leash dogs and lots of dog poop in the grass. Good location.
