Our first choice for a Philly stay
This is our favorite place to stay in Philly! Beautiful, clean, central, and top notch service. We were in town for a surgery and K. made sure we were comfortable, and accommodated our need for an early check in. The view from our room made my mom fall in love with Philadelphia. Can't wait to return!

This hotel was decorated in an attempt to appeal to a younger generation; it felt patronizing. The large photos, in the elevators, of historical figures with paint drips coving them was the tackiest thing I’d ever seen. Staff was few and far between (from what we saw/experienced with waiting at the front desk and waiting for more towels/blankets), Valet was never around when needed, room was small, bathroom even smaller, water took FOREVER to get hot, towels were THIN, and the TV was super glitchy. The view would have been nice if the windows were clean and I could have seen out of them; at least half an inch of dirt on there. Pick any other hotel around, in the same price-range, and it will be WORLDS better.

Wonderful views. Unbeatable location right at the center of downtown with shopping, restaurants, history all around it at walkable distances. Easy access to bus service as well. Overall a warm space with a very welcoming and cozy hotel lobby. The staff are remarkably helpful and all interactions with them leave you with a smile. The gym and the bar are a great amenity too.
