Point Breeze is a rising neighborhood located south of Southwest Center City, bounded by Broad Street and Passyunk Square to the east, Mifflin Street to the south, and Grays Ferry to the west. Home to Keith Haring’s iconic “We the Youth” mural, Point Breeze has a fresh energy with many cool bars, trendy coffee shops, and contemporary dining hotspots.
Coffee shops and barber shops that double as art venues, an outdoor eatery with a sardine can hanging from the side of the restaurant, murals scattered along the sides of buildings and city views worth stopping for.

Great spot
Great spot will be staying again. Close to everything that I love. Parking is what it is but you are in the city. Close to a great vegan spot (I’m not vegan) Fantastic view and super clean. Host was super easy to work with. Thanks again

Met the needs
Decent experience overall. Property manager did not respond to our emails or messages immediately prior to or during the time of our check-in. The property did not coincide with the description as to the placement of bedrooms and bathroom and really needs some interior painting and maintenance. Condition of the walls, a constantly running toilet in the master bath, broken glasses left on the counter, and a bunch of burnt out lightbulbs on the first floor detracted from the obvious work that the owners have put into the property. Even though there was never any on-street parking available, the parking garage nearby and the proximity of many things of interest did not create any real inconvenience. The neighborhood was quiet and the view of the city from the roof was beautiful, especially at night. The house was well distributed and met the needs of our group of 7; I would consider staying there again.
