Pros: safe and clean room, excellent location. Cons: the curtains and even the hallway door allow a LOT of light into the room at night. Also, the outside of the (small) window was so dirty that I could not see outside well.

I LOVED this hotel!! The bed and the pillows were beyond this world!!! The staff was super mega friendly and helpful The lobby has a coffee machine that serves lattes, capuchinos, espressos, etc… Location is very convenient, 10 mins tops walking distance from City Hall and many restaurants and stores close by. Definitely recommend this hotel BUT if only traveling with adults since the hotel is kind of small and not necessarily the best for a family stay

This is a great little hotel right in the center of Philadelphia. Super walkable to the train from the airport as well as the metro. Super walkable to many of the historical sites. Great restaurants around there and good shopping. The staff were accommodating and pleasant. Loved the sparkling water, dispensary and coffee maker (latte and cappuccino) in the lobby. Also really liked the refillable water bottles and purified water stations on the floor. Definitely recommend!

I had upgraded to a room with a kitchenette, however the room did not have any plates, cups, cutlery or bottle opener. It was annoying... what was the point for me upgrading for more money? And although the location was excellent, I will definitely seek out a better accommodation for my next visit to Philadelphia.

positives-- location is excellent, lost of shops/ eateries, train station is 4 mins walk, convention center 13 mins walk, very happening location staff very polite and try their best to accommodate. shower water pressure is amazing nice clean linen/ towels 24 hour coffee available in the lobby negatives dated, some rooms have no windows and the one I stayed had a stink small rooms, may only fit 2 people at most
